My belt driven garage door opener stopped working today. (Sunday) I goggled garage door repairs and found Precision Doors. I called at 12:20 and at 4:20 Van was at my home, installing a new belt driven garage door opener. The new opened is quiet and of much better quality than the one being replaced that weas installed by the builder 3 years ago. Van explained everything he was doing, cleaned up my garage after the job was finished and was very professional through the installation. I am very pleased.

I called at 2:30pm on a Friday, a very good tech with a great attitude was at my house by 4:30 and worked into the evening to install a new opener, rollers, springs and some other stuff. My door had been rattling and vibrating so loud for years! I can't even hear it standing right in front of it now! Our original garage door opener was installed by a different company when the house was first built. The spring and one of the cables recently broke and we called Precision for repair work. Precision was on site and completed repairs the same day. We had the original chain drive garage door opener replaced with a new belt drive Precision opener. What a difference! No more clunky, noisy garage door - it is now perfectly smooth and quiet. The service technician did an excellent job and was totally professional.

Our 10 year old Precision opener failed, maybe due to lightning although it was on a surge suppressor, Friday night. Saturday morning we called, and that afternoon service tech Eric Heintz appeared. He advised us that the failed PDS unit was under warranty and no longer sold, and replaced the whole system (opener, rails, controls, remotes, etc.) for a nominal charge of $65! He was knowledgeable, polite, and efficient, and was done in less than 2 hours. The new unit is nicer than the old, with more features. A truly superior job - I recommend PDS unreservedly and will certainly continue to do business with them..

After coming home from church Sunday morning, I realized that my garage door was having problem opening. I went in through the front door to open the garage from the inside, when I realized that one of my springs broke. From the time I called precision to the time the tech arrived at my house was no longer than an hour. I was very pleased because on a Sunday I thought I was gonna have to wait a long time. Dylan was our tech, very knowledgeable very courteous and very pleasant to talk to and ask questions about the job being done. I would definitely recommend precision to anyone. Our springs broke on our door last night. After looking on te web for companies to call, their ad sounding most promising. I called this morning and they were available to come out the same day. Eric was super! He told us what he could do and gave us 3 options. We chose the one to replace the springs, cables and all wheels with the lifetime warranty. Eric was here about an hour and a half. Did all the work himself ...impressive! Precision just started offering a discount for Military. We are always looking for companies that honor the military. So far totally happy!
