I continue to be impressed with this company. This was the third time we have used them to repair a garage door opener, this time a replacement. The serviceman arrived two hours earlier than promised, yet within two hours of my call. He was quick and thorough. Hopefully the company recognizes and rewards such personnel.

We have used Precision for about 10 years. The rapid response and superior customer service is why we continue to recommend your company. We just had some warranty Spring work performed and we were pleased with the haggle free, parts under warranty service we just received. It's so refreshing to work with a company that stands by their Parts and Materials.

The work was done very quickly and expertly done. The first time I used the garage door opener I thought it wasn't working because it was so quiet! The door works great and I love the keypad on the outside of the garage as well. Thank you Precision for doing a great job!

Great service and price. I called at about 2:30p on a Monday and they were able to get out and fix my door (a sensor & wiring problem) by 5pm the same day. The rep on the phone was great! My initial window was 3-5pm, but the regional manager or someone called to notify me that it'd be 5-6 , no later than 6. All of their communications and documentation is done electronically and is very thorough. The tech who performed the service was kind, smart, helpful and did a great job. I'd recommend this place again in a heartbeat.

The technician was quick to sort out the problem, and fixed it in no time. He also told me how to avoid the problem occurring again, which you wouldn't expect from a company that makes money from call-outs. I would use Precision to replace my garage door opener, which it will need sometime, and highly recommend their service.

Your service tech Eric was the best. Very professional, clean cut and knowledgable. He worked with great precision. He his an asset to your company. Formerly I was an owner for 30 years of a service oriented business.I would hire Eric on the spot as I know how hard it is to get good employees. He also threw in a little marketing about your business suggesting items that I should be aware of. I will use Precision if I have any needs

The call was to correct an install problem from a door you put in 3 years ago. I called late on Friday afternoon and you had a service tech at my house the next morning at 8:00 AM. I am, indeed, impressed with such fast customer service. Problem was corrected promptly and the technician, Dylan was courteous and knowledgeable. It is a pleasure doing business with your company and nice to know you stand by your work even 3 years later.
