Work performed expeditiously along with a complete clean-up. Our internet coupons helped with lowering the cost of our investment. We can't say enough about the 'magic' performed by Precision. Blake was my technician, explained what it would take to fix this very old door. I asked about a complete new door and he showed me what was available, how it would fit, and they advantages of a lifetime warranty. A few calls, and the installers will be here in a couple hours and have it completely installed today. great service and no hard sell,

When I called early Friday afternoon, to my surprise they were able to scheduled to see what was my problem the same day. The technician Mike was very professional and immediately was able to tell me the problem. He recommended what product I needed and after installing my new garage opener he walked me through on how to work the remotes and how to maintain it by lubricating the wheels at least two times yearly. I am very satisfied with my new garage opener and how quiet it is. Thank you

We had a spring break on our door, so I sat down and started looking on line for a repair service. While there were plenty to choose from, I felt real at ease when I talked to the agent on the phone. He let me know how much it would cost, when the tech. would be here. Our technicians names were George and Jeremy,they were in and out in no time explained every detail and we couldn't be happier with their service. Will recommend this company to everyone. One of our garage door springs broke last night, and we made a service appointment for today. Andrew arrived within the stated time frame and even called to let us know when he was about twenty minutes away. Once here he was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable, and gave us different service options. The repair work he did was outstanding, and he answered all of our questions. Found your company on GOOGLE, was expecting repairs to be expensive, they weren't. " Kevin, " was very professional and helpful. just one thing, I didn't receive a receipt ,or work order depicting(spelling out), repairs done, perhaps an oversight by someone. Knowing that you have my net address, I expected to find a receipt being e-mailed ? I would still recommend your company.

I came home to find my garage door wouldn't go up, which I quickly saw to be a broken spring. I called Precision Garage Door at about 2 PM and Dylan was here before 4 PM.
