Nick is a Florida Native and has lived and worked in the Central Florida area for most of his life. He enjoys watching movies, fishing, swimming and the Florida sun. Nick's goal is to provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude and a smile. He excels at problem solving and educating our customers about the garage door systems. I called Precision Door in the morning and they had a service tech at my door by 1:00PM. I showed the Tech what the problem was and he (Nick) gave me three options as to how to affect the repair. Nick was extremely knowledgeable and gave me the benefits of each option and allowed me the time to make a decision which would be best for our situation. Nick started the work immediately. I can't say enough about Nick the tech. He polite courteous and went out of his was to explain everything that was needed. He took the time to answer the questions we had. In my opinion he did an outstanding job.

The technician who came to fix our the door opening system was very professional, clear and efficient. He was able to save us some money by finding and repairing a broken wire to the sensors. The bottom line is that the system is working perfectly now.

Called for a quote this morning Nick was at the house within the hour. the garage door springs were broken and needed to be replaced. Nick assessed all the parts and operation of the garage door and the opener and gave me excellent advice and information. I have a a background in many areas and found his advice to be spot on. I had several estimates and ended up getting better springs, cable adjustment, customer service and price than all the others, including the original garage door sales and installation company. I heartily recommend Precision and Nick to anyone.

We were very pleased with the quick response to our dilemma. Both of our cars were stuck in our garage (the manual release didn't work either). They put our job on a rush and were here within less than 2 hours. My wife made it to her rescheduled doctor appointment. We selected the lifetime guarantee plan for the major work that was done. The technician, Nick Mcadory, was very polite and upfront with explaining the need for making the necessary repairs. He also let my wife and me make the decision as to what plan we wanted to choose (1 yr. to lifetime protection), without any pressure.

Our garage door was locked, so we called our former garage door person. He was not available, so we checked the yellow pages. Your answering service was prompt in putting us in touch with Nick, who called us and set a time that he would be here. After assessing the problem, he communicated with us as to what was wrong, what was needed and the price. We were 100% satisfied with Nick's work. He had a friendly, helpful attitude. My garage door broke on Sunday, New years Day. I called expecting to leave a message to have someone contact me on Monday to schedule a service call. The lady that answered the phone told me it was no problem to have someone come out today to fix my door. I was expecting someone to look at the door and come back later to fix the broken spring. No, the trucks are fully stocked. Nick Mcadory came and fixed my door in no time at all. I was very impressed with the quick response time and the professionalism. And, we didn't realize that we had a lifetime warranty that covered the broken part from 12 years ago when the door was originally purchased. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone needing their garage door serviced.

Our technician called to advise us of the time we could expect him. He inspected the door and discussed with us all of the problems and what repairs were needed and why. He gave an estimate of costs to which we agreed and then he went to work. After the job was done, he explained to us how everything worked and discussed the warranty. He was great! Garage door opener stopped working on Saturday night. Called Precision on Sunday morning. They were able to get tech out on the same day. I went with a new opener instead of having a 16 year old unit repaired. I had new rollers installed too. My garage door has never been this quite. The tech couldn't have been more professional. I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs work done on their garage door.
