Nick is a Florida Native and has lived and worked in the Central Florida area for most of his life. He enjoys watching movies, fishing, swimming and the Florida sun. My door opener disengaged from the garage door. I made a call in late morning and was given an appointment for late the same afternoon. I received a call in early afternoon asking if I would like an earlier service call. Upon arriving the repair man introduced himself and explained that he would need a few minutes to assess the problem and perform an inspection. When he finished he provided me with a through explanation of the problem, the corrective measures he would take and some suggestions to improve operation. We discussed some options, agreed on the cost and the work was complete within a reasonable time frame. The door operates quieter and with less strain than it ever has. Pleasant, friendly, on-time and reasonably priced. Problem solved. It doesn't get any better than that.

I moved into a house with an unconventional garage setup and no automatic door opener. Someone had installed the wrong garage door, door wouldn;t open fully, there's a very low ceiling, no room on the sides of the garage, and some other obstacles. Nick came out to let me know if it was possible. They took some measurements and pictures so they could brainstorm. Called back with some ideas and went to work. The setup and service is great!

Time of arrival was perfect. The person was knowledgable . But I think it is manufacture's fault - The cord that helps to operate the door manually is broken. And there is no way to fix that except buying a new set of door!! Something need be done
