Nick is a Florida Native and has lived and worked in the Central Florida area for most of his life. He enjoys watching movies, fishing, swimming and the Florida sun. Nick's goal is to provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude and a smile. He excels at problem solving and educating our customers about the garage door systems. I moved into a house with an unconventional garage setup and no automatic door opener. Someone had installed the wrong garage door, door wouldn;t open fully, there's a very low ceiling, no room on the sides of the garage, and some other obstacles. Nick came out to let me know if it was possible. They took some measurements and pictures so they could brainstorm. Called back with some ideas and went to work. The setup and service is great!

Time of arrival was perfect. The person was knowledgable . But I think it is manufacture's fault - The cord that helps to operate the door manually is broken. And there is no way to fix that except buying a new set of door!! Something need be done

The timing was immediate .. from the initial phone call , they answered. The same day schedule time. Installer called to say he could be there ahead of time .. assessed the rails and chain needed replacement. Even greased the hinges for free to cut noise .. never knew I should do that yearly . Out the door in about hour .. they are professional
