Nick is a Florida Native and has lived and worked in the Central Florida area for most of his life. He enjoys watching movies, fishing, swimming and the Florida sun. Our garage door was locked, so we called our former garage door person. He was not available, so we checked the yellow pages. Your answering service was prompt in putting us in touch with Nick, who called us and set a time that he would be here. After assessing the problem, he communicated with us as to what was wrong, what was needed and the price. We were 100% satisfied with Nick's work. He had a friendly, helpful attitude. We will call you again if there is a problem with the garage door.

My garage door broke on Sunday, New years Day. I called expecting to leave a message to have someone contact me on Monday to schedule a service call. The lady that answered the phone told me it was no problem to have someone come out today to fix my door. I was expecting someone to look at the door and come back later to fix the broken spring. No, the trucks are fully stocked. Nick Mcadory came and fixed my door in no time at all. I was very impressed with the quick response time and the professionalism. And, we didn't realize that we had a lifetime warranty that covered the broken part from 12 years ago when the door was originally purchased. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone needing their garage door serviced.

Our technician called to advise us of the time we could expect him. He inspected the door and discussed with us all of the problems and what repairs were needed and why. He gave an estimate of costs to which we agreed and then he went to work. After the job was done, he explained to us how everything worked and discussed the warranty. He was great! Garage door opener stopped working on Saturday night. Called Precision on Sunday morning. They were able to get tech out on the same day. I went with a new opener instead of having a 16 year old unit repaired. I had new rollers installed too. My garage door has never been this quite. The tech couldn't have been more professional. I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs work done on their garage door.

Been a satisfied PDS customer since 2013... always prompt service, reasonable pricing and excellent warranty coverage on parts and labor. For the first time ever, our garage door locked us in... both cars. 30 min after calling PDS (after-hours), Nick came out to service the door (snapped cable) and was here for about 3 hours, making sure everything was properly working, in the rain...WOW. Was only charged a regular service call (no after-hours fee), covered one part under warranty, and reasonably charged for another part. My husband and I had a crazy awful garage door prior to the work of precision! This door literally had a mind of it's own. Whenever we would close it, it would pop back open numerous times. In addition, the door was very loud and difficult to manually open. This company came out upon receiving our call and fixed our door! Great service and a working door!

This was the second time I've used Precision. The first experience I had with them was at a previous residence a few years ago. Each time I had Precision at my home I received professional and courteous service which, unfortunately, seems to be absent from many businesses today.
