This was the second time I've used Precision. The first experience I had with them was at a previous residence a few years ago. Each time I had Precision at my home I received professional and courteous service which, unfortunately, seems to be absent from many businesses today. Technician Nick Mcadory was on time, answered all my questions, worked diligently to finish the job as efficiently as possible, and I had no concerns about leaving him in my garage unattended. I will definitely call Precision with any future garage door related needs.

Nick was always professional - taking time to explain which parts needed replacement and why it was necessary. He replaced most of the moving parts on the door and had it properly working again. I asked him to replace the opener as it was 15 years old. I was amazed at how quietly the door opened and closed. My neighbor was so impressed she thought I had the whole door replaced.

We are repeat customers of Precision Door. Our previous experience was in Tampa and when the springs on our current Garage Door broke, I knew who to call - - Precision. The quality of customer service far exceeds other companies. The knowledge, professionalism and skill of the technicians is superb!! While the spring was the reason for this visit items were found during the safety inspection that needed repair. All items repaired during this visit saving us $$ and future problems!

Great service. Technician (Nick) called during the time he was scheduled, told us when he would be here and arrived as stated. He did a thorough inspection of our very old door and opener. Replaced the springs and cables and finished in good time. Nick did a super job for us. Highly recommend.

AMAZING service. Quick, efficient, professional service. Not to mention, available after hours, and, the product quality is phenomenal! The garage door that had a broken spring had repairs and the motor upgraded and is now WHISPER quiet! I can barely hear the door now...amazing quality and skill! We also got new remotes and keypad, for added security and ease. thank you so much!
