Not sure what kind of new door it is.But the workers were quick to get it done and That was most important for us. we still have light coming thru the crack where they put up a new seal strip along the right side of the door tho. The husband complained but I think he is ok with it right now. The workers seemed in a hurry. They said they had another door to get done that evening before dark. It was done on Sept. 11,2013. Charlie was great. That's why I gave the 4 stars. Unfortunately, most everything he did I could have done with a bit of help over the phone. The touch pad needs batteries. I need to go buy those and install them. The door needed WD-40. I could have done that if you had walked me through it or suggested it before hand. I could have saved Charlie a visit and me $65. I am widowed and am on a fixed budget. This is one of many things not working right now and I am a bit overwhelmed with it all. Sorry , I am just venting a bit. I appreciate your help in the past. In the future if we can problem solve any issue that I might be able to correct, please give me that chance. Thanks.

precision door sent a relatively new employee to replace the springs on my door. The door did not operate smoothly.I called,they sent an experienced man to work on the door. It operates perfectly now. Scott said the tech would not leave until the door was perfectly repaired.It took some time, but all is well.They kept their word. I am satisfied.

I would have given this first contact with your company a 5 for the work that was performed. However the technician was supposed to be here between 1000 and 1200 but called at 1201 to say he was running late. He arrived here at 1220.

Purchased replacement garage door opener, "Precision Garage Door Opener Model PDS800" to replace worn out LiftMaster that was in place since 2005. The new Precision PDS800, out of the box, did not function properly (tech had problem programming). Thus, another 'new' out-of-the box unit was installed. Product is "Made in China". I would urge Precision to sell, to maximum extent possible, "Made in America" products (where available). Tech was knowledgeable and responded well to my questions. Major issue is that there was no specification sheet to accompany new opener. I would like to know what the new unit horsepower rating is, and more about the product purchased under the name of "Precision"

Service 24/7 was what I first noticed about Precision service.I called and someone was out within one hour.Bill was my service man and very good at what he does.I had a over all garage done which included springs ,wheels and brackets.I was pleased with the work done.I was in a bind because the door did not close and I was afraid to try to close it and other companies could not come to me for days,however Precision came to my rescue.Thanks for your help..

Service Technicians were on time and very thorough. Liked the professionalism in uniforms and marked vehicles. 4 instead of a 5? I would have liked the technicians to clean the greasy hand prints off the panels after installation, and numerous washers, bolt heads and bolts left in the garage/driveway I would have liked cleaned up. However I do not hesitate to recommend and would use again.
