We have used Precision services for our garage doors since our permanent move to Florida in 2004 and have found Precision to be very qualified to attend to the needs we have had. Today Ryan Brooks was able to diagnose our problem and fix it. He did a thorough inspection and took the time to explain to us how he would fix the problem and what he would recommend if we chose to select a new installation in the future.Ryan was pleasant, calm and fully qualified to get our door operating properly.He was not in a rush to get the job done and get on to his next call, he took time and made us feel we were the only people on his "to do list" for today. I am sure he had many appointments on his list before the day ended for him. We thoroughly recommend Precision and Ryan in particular. Thanks for getting us through the door!!

I definitely use Precision again in the Future! Very responsive!!!!! Ryan was awesome. He arrived and went right to work. My wife and I couldn't get to work because both cars were stuck in the garage. Working in tight quarters, Ryan showed a sense of urgency as he replaced our broken springs. It was later determined that there were several other problems with the door...he continued working until the door was fully functional. He explained everything he was doing as he worked and gave me good advise on how to keep up with the maitenance on the door. Thanks Ryan!

Jeff was professional and did a good job. However i need some information reguarding the part # of the spring and more information as to weather it was a right set spring or left. I need to have these information for future reference. The invoice has no information.I need part #.

I called for a garage door repair and a technician was sent within a couple of hours. Jeff was fast, efficient and knowledgeable. I had both door springs replaced, all the support bearings replaced and all new door rollers in less than an hour. This company ROCKS for service!
