Spectacular Service! These guys are top notch! I have a double sized garage door that busted a spring and when I tried to use my garage door opener it busted the anchor point right off of the door. I made the appointment over the phone on a Sunday night and the girls name was "Madison" who scheduled my appointment for the next day. The tech Jonathan promptly called me 1/2 hour before my appointment to inform me he was on his way. When he arrived he quickly diagnosed the issue and told me the pricing...which was very reasonable. Within an hour he had the door up much better than new as I also had the correct anchor bracket (super heavy duty for the 400lb door) and two bigger drums, along with new springs installed. These guys know their stuff....and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again!

So very impressed with William's knowledge & mechanical expertise. He was very thorough. I never dreamed a 2 car garage door operation could be so quite & smooth. Replaced opener, new outdoor key pad, new rollers, new springs, various other parts. Did it with professional ease. Your company should be doing very well with employees like William. I was referred to Precision Doors by a co-worker, as I needed a new garage door. I liked the same day service and the fact that the technician was on time, informative, professional and available for questions and comments after he provided the quote. I ordered the door the same day that I received the quote (cancelled appointments with other vendors after this first quote) and received feedback from Precision right away. I am in the process of waiting for the door to arrive and be installed. I hope to have another opportunity to write a review after the installation.

We are so happy with our door! Dylan did an great job overhauling our currant door and installing our new opener. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. There were so May things I was not aware of and he helped point it out. He was not pushy at all about added repairs that needed to be done, and just offered his professional opinion to help us get the best for our money. Our door is so quiet now when it opens I am shocked! I had no idea they could be that quiet. Thank you so much for doing a wonderful job!

Both of the technicians that did our service work today were great. Very polite and efficient. We have had you do work for us since the end of 2005 on our garage door. We have Limited Lifetime Warranty coverage and we were wondering why today was the first time we were ever charged a service call fee. We assumed everything was always covered like it has been in the past. Our previous invoice #740556 dated June 7, 2013 we had the springs adjusted on the 16x7 foot door plus we had the technician install new springs etc on the 9x7 foot when he made the conversion and there was no service charge. Waiting your reply and to repeat: we were pleased with the work performed today. thanks You

After looking at my old garage door opener (Craftsman), Blake informed me that I would need a new one because it wouldn't be worthwhile to fix my old one. I asked and he informed me about the Precision garage door opener and it's lifetime warranty. I spent more than I planned but the lifetime warranty sold me. Blake also advised me of other options (up selling) that were available to to make my garage door operate better. I was completely satisfied with the service and Blake is an example to his peers and the company.
