I had used Precision Door in October of 2008 to repair a broken roller wheel after calling around and getting price quotes. This past week I had a spring break and called Precision because of the job they had done in the past. Charlie was the tech who did the work both times. He did great work. He explained everything and told me how much it would cost and about how long it would take to do the job. He does great work. Cleaned everything up when he was done took the broken parts and made sure everything was working before he left. Great guy and a great asset to Precision. Will use both Precision and Charlie for any future garage door needs.
