The first technician was Blake and the installer was Bill. We had used Precision when we had some parts that needed repaired in the past and like them so we called them again. When we had a problem with our 20 year old garage door coming off it's track and broken opener I researched local companies for service. Charlie came out and explained all of our options. I appreciated that he did not try to "sell" us anything. With the options in hand we decided to replace our entire door system with a better model and opener. The price was reasonable compared to just replacing the hardware and opener. They were able to complete the project the next day. Charlie was efficient and did an excellent job with the installation. When finished he cleaned everything up and explained how the new opener worked. Given that I only had the web recommendations for Precision I wasn't entirely sure about how this would turn out, but I was extremely pleased with the workmanship, professionalism, and friendliness of Charlie.

From our phone call at 9 am to the installation at 6 pm, the people at Precision Door were wonderful! Blake, our technician gave us a call 30 min before arrival. He was courteous, efficient and extremely knowledgable. He was even approved by all 3 of our dogs! He recommended that we look into a new metal door, but did not pressure us. We did take his recommendation that we replace our unit rather than repair it. With the lifetime warranty, it seemed a no brainer. thank you!!

We were so pleased with the same day service that George provided. Fair prices for excellent service. It was Saturday morning and our garage would not close all of the way so we called Precision Door Service as they were recommended on Angie's list. We were given an appointment on the same day. George called and came over an hour earlier. He repaired the door and also suggested replacing the worn rollers, which did provide quieter service. All is good and we definitely would use them again.

This is customer service, period. My door opener broke this morning. I called and they scheduled somebody to come out between 2-4 on the same day. I was happy enough with same day service, but then they called back and said they had a technician available within 30 minutes if I was interested. I sure was, and he showed up 25 minutes later. Technician was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and fast. He installed a new opener within an hour. Outstanding service.

My son who had work done by Precision at his home recommended your company to me to solve my sluggish and absolutely dreadful noisy garage door operation. Precision took amazing care of me. They offered to be at my house in about 2 hours which was impressive, but it turned out to be much better. A technician was right around the corner from me and within 30 minutes of my call he was working on my door. He, Bill, noticed that my door had Precision products and called his office to confirm. I had forgotten I used them about 7 years ago. The work was under warranty. Bill is great and did a superb job explaining the work and completing the job. I made sure he put stickers on the inside of my door as a reminder to only call Precision in the future.

A very professional team came to the house. A courtesy call was made (as requested) letting us know they were on their way. They installed new springs and were finished within 40 minutes or so. I can't say enough about the Customer Service that is given by Precision. These people exemplify just what GOOD Customer Service is; a thing that is lacking in a lot of our businesses this day and age. I needed a new garage door. And after approaching another business, which I was highly disappointed in their professionalism,I found Precision. From the lady that answered the phone, to the sales person, to the service technicians, I was treated like I was the only customer they had. I had my garage door installed within two days; the other company said two to three weeks! I had to request an adjustment to the door and the service technician was there that evening! I have told everyone about this company. I will never go elsewhere for my garage door needs

Service from all employees was exceptional. My garage door broke in the morning and a technician was at my home later that same day in the afternoon. The technician was polite and explained all work that was done. Within 2 hours the springs and other worn out parts were replaced. My garage door is so quiet now, I can hardly hear it. This company is very impressive.

I have utilized Precision Doors twice now for upgrades, repairs to my garage door opener and garage door. Exceptionally outstanding service by every measure. Technicians are personable, knowledgeable, and precise in their work. The garage door opener that Precision installed is so quiet, that I have to look a couple times to ensure the door went up before backing out of the garage.
