Today Precision Garage Door installed a new door and all the needed hardware after my garage was hit by a car. The installer was Charlie Merino and he was very professional, neat and friendly. He did a great job and I would recommend Precision Door to anyone in need of a new door or just repairs. I felt their pricing was very fair for the amount of work they had to do.

I had called for an appointment late in the evening and they scheduled me between 2pm and 4pm the following day. Ryan called me in the morning letting me know someone could be there for 12 noon if that worked for me. Joshua called and arrived at 11:30. Joshua explained to me the different tiers of servicing/replacement options and I made the decision to go with his recommendations which gave me longer warrantees, etc. Joshua replaced my automatic garage door opener, installed a new garage button in the interior, installed an outdoor keypad and did a complete over haul on parts. He was professional yet very friendly and was great at explaining the best options for me. I would definitely recommend Joshua and Precision!

Technican, Andrew Hecker came today(7/16/14) at my home to repair the garage door because the rollers were slipping off the track. To my surprise he solved the problem by changing 10 rollers and two steel cables in such a short time (say about 15-20 minutes). With such excellent and professional service rendered by him;I'll always have Precision Door Service in future for any of my garage door problems.

I got home at 1:15 and my door would not open. By 3:45 service tech was back in his truck and the door was working. I put in a call to the company and was greeted by Ashley who was very helpful. Plenty of communications were sent to me prior to the tech arriving. Everything was explained to me what needed to be done. JG went out of his way to give a step by step run down of what he was doing. I got new springs and will call again if the motor ever goes. thank you to Jonathan for a job well done in very HOT conditions

Awesome Service!!!! Called the Sanford phone number and right away they picked up, gave me a price quote over the phone, unlike other companies. They told me a range of time to wait for the tech was between 4-6pm and around 330 the technician was already calling that he was on his way. After assessing the door problem, the technician fixed it within 25 minutes and on the same day that it broke!!!!
