When I researched the internet for garage door repairs I saw several services and the web site information on this site gave me what I needed to know. I have used Precision Door service several times over the years and have been very satified. The technicians are always courteous and have a professional look by wearing uniforms that are pressed and clean. Blake today replaced our garage door opener and was knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know. I also like the fact they drove clean trucks that looked like they were well maintained. The company also follows up with a confirmation email. I would highly recommend this garage door company. Everything from my first call to Blake leaving was excellant!

My garage door broke at 7pm on a Friday night with company arriving within minutes from out of the state. Blake arrived by 9pm to repair the door. He did an exceptional job and we were so very thankful. The response time, technician knowledge and courtesy were all top notch. Our garage door and opener are 5 years old and until a little glitch in the opener mechanism, they have been reliable, quiet and still quite attractive for metal. Opener didn't close door this morning and so I called you. As often happens, the opening mechanism started to function--after much button pushing, etc. But still, Jonathan came out and inspected everything and even installed a balky light cover for the opener. Great service. Thank you very much. MJC

My garage door opener has not really worked well in years and recently, the door would open on its own ... at all hours of the day and night: no pattern, no passing plane or car...just opened. Not feeling very safe to say the least! I noticed a repair truck working on another home in my neighborhood and approached the technician, Charlie. I explained the issue, he said he could help and gave me the office number to call, which I did. Two hours later, Charlie was there, explained the system options available, and began installing a new garage door opener system. The expression on his face when I initially opened the door was funny as it made a horrific noise so he also changed out the rollers to nylon, and now the system is amazingly quiet! His work was efficient and impeccable. Charlie fully explained the operation of the unit, remotes, keypad, etc and even took the time to sync my car system to the new remote, which I have NEVER been able to use! I cannot say enough about the quality of service and professionalism this young man extended to me. Precision Garage Door, you've got a diamond in Charlie! Thank you for a wonderful service experience, quality product and fair price. I will not hesitate to highly recommend your company to others! Thank you!!!

Outstanding service was performed on my garage door today. I had a broken spring that needed replaced. While speaking with the technician (Kevin) he patiently covered all possible options including the causes and effects of the door parts. He also covered the price and the warranty with my option to choose. I ended up purchasing two springs. I'm glad I chose Precision Door. Great job by Kevin! Our garage door stopped operating on a Sunday which prompted a call to the president of our Homeowner's Association the telephone number of the company that recently installed new garage doors in our neighborhood. I called late afternoon on SUNDAY and by mid-morning the next day, Andrew came to solve the problem which was really just to get a new lower panel for the door and a little work on the door frame. My husband and I also decided to get a new motor, key pad and remote controls while he was doing work on the door and within 24 hours everything was completed perfectly. Andrew took his time to explain the operation and warranties to us and was just so kind and professional! It's all about customer service these days and I can't recommend Precision enough. I have already let the President of our Association know that I highly recommend Precision if anyone in our neighborhood has a problem. Your company is lucky to have such a competent employee.

My old garage door was inspected by Bill Roberts on Friday and my new install was done on Tuesday by Charlie Merino. Both were excellent. We had been having issues with our opener and then one of the springs broke so we were due for repairs. I called on Sunday night to have someone come out the next day and true to their advertisements, I spoke to a live person to make the appointment and get all my questions answered. The next day, the service person arrived, was very professional and helped me to finalize my decisions on what needed to be replaced. I was very pleased with everything: the work done, the new opener (super quiet), and the lifetime warranty.

We chose Precision because of other positive reviews we researched. Kevin Blue was the tech who came out and repaired our door. He came at the promised time and in an identifiable company uniform. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He gave us 3 options and we picked the one that best suited us. No pressure just great-service. We chose to get a full set of replacement wheels. He did a quick and perfect job. The door works fabulously now!

The ad gave me the confidence that this was a trusted company for the garage repair that I was looking for. When the Technician arrived he reviewed with me what I had requested, then reviewed what needed to be done to the door with me. He gave me several options but never was really doing a hard sale to make me fill if I did not do it then the repair would not work. He gave me all options that I had in order for me to select from giving me the end results of each one. Once he got started he had everything repaired in less then 30 minutes. He had also called in advanced and identified himself before arriving within the allotted timeframe.
