My service technician was William and although my problem was not a big one he was able to repair my door the best it could be repaired. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and courteous. He pointed out some potential problems in the future but did not pressure me to order work done until I needed it.

Blake my service tech was awesome he fixed my door in a timely manor and let me know what he was doing and why every step of the way. I put my new door in 2 years ago after backing my car thru it and I did not know who and where to go for a door. I am very pleased with the service I received from Precision. I had seen the ad on tv and also noticed they were at the top of the search list on google. Checked out the website and saw the good reviews. I called around 2:30pm and they were able to get a tech out to my house around 5:30. Tech was right on time, evaluated the situation, and gave me several options. After quickly discussing with my wife, I decided to go ahead with the best option thinking I would have to schedule for the tech to come back out. Fortunately, he had everything he needed for my install, started on it around 6pm and was finished by 8pm. He showed us all the features and even set up the homelink in our car. Having my install done in one day, after hours, and not having to take time off of work is priceless. I will definitely recommend Precision in the future.

I was disappointed in the final price for replacing one spring on a single car garage door. When I called for a quote I was told the $65 service fee would be waived and I verified I could us a $30 coupon I received for "liking" Pecision Garage Door's Facebook page. The coupon was honored but the service fee was not waived. Only one special deal is honored at a time I was told when I called back after the technician left. I'm still waiting for someone to call me back and refund the difference between the coupon and the service fee. I feel I was deceived. I have two single car garage doors and you can bet when the spring on the other one breaks I won't be calling Precision.

We just moved to FL in September and were looking to have our garage door opener replaced because it was very loud and we only had one opener. We looked around and were impressed by your detailed site. The videos you have online explaining each type of opener were very helpful. We have dealt with other garage door companies from the state we moved from and none were as good as what we experienced with Precision. Our technician, Eric, arrived promptly and was very professional. He took the time to make sure everything was installed properly and to our satisfaction. We LOVE our new opener and key pad and would highly recommend your company to others.

Precision Garage Door is a wonderful company. I had an appointment between 2:00pm and 4:00pm and the technician Kevin Blue showed up early at 1:25pm which is very rare nowadays. Kevin was very professional and friendly I am a person who is very thorough. I asked Kevin questions and he answered all of them. There was even a question that he did not have the answer to but he right away called his manager and obtained the answer from him. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone.

I would definitely recommend. I called at 10:30 and by 11:15 Kevin, their service tech was knocking on my door. Amazing!! He gave me several options to fix my door and explained the value in all. My spring had broke and he informed me that the cable and rollers were worn out also. The door is over 15yrs old so I replaced cable rollers and spring for a very reasonable price. Kevin was very professional and was done by 1:30. I was surprised at how quiet the new rollers were and I'm very happy with Precision. Thanx

Thank you for the EXCEPTIONAL service we received....your technician, Blake, was simply phenomenal. I asked him for permission to watch him work; he gave it. I was very knowledgeable about what he was doing since I taught engineering physics at the college level. I asked him many questions and he answered every one perfectly; I was very impressed with his knowledge and his exceptional personality- you have a treasure there - hold onto him. As for his work, our garage door has never worked better since the day we had it installed. It is not quiet, smooth, and efficient. Blake did a great job. I was I a panic early that morning when I realized I could not get my vehicle out of the garage in order to get to work. With the help of a friend I was able to manually lift the garage door enough to got the car out. I contacted precision on my way to work and they were able to get a technician out that evening to do the necessary repairs. Eric was the gentleman who did the work and did a wonderful job. I had many issues to repair since the system was about 25 years old. The door is running beautifully and much more quietly as well. Thank you Eric for a job Well Done and for working so late in the day to give me back my peace of mind and feeling of security..

We purchased our home in March and Bob ended up damaging the lowest strut and weather stripping on the garage door the evening of September 24. Less than two days later the repairs have been done and the door is better than it was originally. We were given a time slot for an inspection and repair estimate for this morning (9/26) and especially appreciated the fact that we received a call stating when to expect Jonathan. He gave us various options and we decided to also have the springs replaced, since the original ones were obviously undersized for the weight of the door. He had materials on the truck and was able to immediately start the job. Upon completion of the work Jonathan reviewed the repairs/replacements with us and answered all of our questions. You definitely deserve your Angie's list rating!
