I was I a panic early that morning when I realized I could not get my vehicle out of the garage in order to get to work. With the help of a friend I was able to manually lift the garage door enough to got the car out. I contacted precision on my way to work and they were able to get a technician out that evening to do the necessary repairs. Eric was the gentleman who did the work and did a wonderful job. I had many issues to repair since the system was about 25 years old. The door is running beautifully and much more quietly as well. Thank you Eric for a job Well Done and for working so late in the day to give me back my peace of mind and feeling of security..

We purchased our home in March and Bob ended up damaging the lowest strut and weather stripping on the garage door the evening of September 24. Less than two days later the repairs have been done and the door is better than it was originally. We were given a time slot for an inspection and repair estimate for this morning (9/26) and especially appreciated the fact that we received a call stating when to expect Jonathan. He gave us various options and we decided to also have the springs replaced, since the original ones were obviously undersized for the weight of the door. He had materials on the truck and was able to immediately start the job. Upon completion of the work Jonathan reviewed the repairs/replacements with us and answered all of our questions. You definitely deserve your Angie's list rating!

My Wife called Precision this morning and within two hours our technician, Kevin, was with us. We could not believe how quickly someone responded to our call and two hours later our broken garage door opener was replaced!! Kevin was meticulous about his work, and thoroughly explained what our guarantee covered. Would never hesitate in recommending this very professional and caring company to anyone (unlike the first company who came last week, assessed the situation and never returned to do the work - shame on them)!!

I was extremely pleased with the service. The technician was prompt and polite. He was forthcoming about all of the details and fixed our door within an hour. I will definitely refer the company and use them again, should the need arise. I also appreciated that I was sent the name and picture of the technician prior to his arrival. It put my mind at ease.

Thanks, Precision Overhead Door Service, your web site was clean and informative, giving me confidence that our service call would be completed professionally and meeting my expectations. Our initial phone contact gave me that same assurance, as I asked a few simple questions and received assuring answers and a quick schedule for service the same day. Our service tech Blake was timely, listened well to my explanation of what I thought to be a problem. He assured me he understood me and that had a repair answer to our perceived problem, and go figure both of our garage doors are now working better that when new and we feel that the life of our door opening system has been extended. Thanks Blake. Overall your company has set the bar very high for customer service through it's organization and talented personnel. Thanks

This is the first time I've used Precision. I was impressed with how quick I had a technician at my home after making an appointment, not to mention it was a Saturday. The technician, Blake Furukawa, called me in advance and was very punctual. When he arrived he was also very professional and personable. Blake explained everything that needed to get done. Although I was expecting just a tune-up that turned into a more costly job, my garage doors have never been quieter. Thank you!

Blake was very professional and knowledgeable. Took time to explain the new building/garage door hurricane codes, and the cause of my door problem (buckling) and what can happen at any time. Pointed out the dangers of the present condition of my door. I'm reviewing my finances to see how I can pay for a new door.

I found Prescision on Angie's List. Bill called and gave a thirty minute notice. The sensors on my 15 year old garage door were damaged due to an electrical surge. Bill went over my options and he explained the work to be done and cost. He was very friendly and completed the work pretty quickly. I was surprised at how quiet the door is when opening and closing now. I also liked the lifetime warranty. I will use them again in the future on our other garage door.

My garage door broke at 7pm on a Friday night with company arriving within minutes from out of the state. Blake arrived by 9pm to repair the door. He did an exceptional job and we were so very thankful. The response time, technician knowledge and courtesy were all top notch. We are very pleased to have Precision as our garage door specialist and will continue to rely on them if any future needs should arise.

I have used Precision Door service several times over the years and have been very satified. The technicians are always courteous and have a professional look by wearing uniforms that are pressed and clean. Blake today replaced our garage door opener and was knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know. I also like the fact they drove clean trucks that looked like they were well maintained. The company also follows up with a confirmation email. I would highly recommend this garage door company. Everything from my first call to Blake leaving was excellant!
