Precision took amazing care of me. They offered to be at my house in about 2 hours which was impressive, but it turned out to be much better. A technician was right around the corner from me and within 30 minutes of my call he was working on my door. He, Bill, noticed that my door had Precision products and called his office to confirm. I had forgotten I used them about 7 years ago. The work was under warranty. Bill is great and did a superb job explaining the work and completing the job. I made sure he put stickers on the inside of my door as a reminder to only call Precision in the future.

A very professional team came to the house. A courtesy call was made (as requested) letting us know they were on their way. They installed new springs and were finished within 40 minutes or so. He did point out that the rollers will need to be replaced, and when we are ready to have that done we will definitely be calling your company back out. I can't say enough about the Customer Service that is given by Precision. These people exemplify just what GOOD Customer Service is; a thing that is lacking in a lot of our businesses this day and age. I needed a new garage door. And after approaching another business, which I was highly disappointed in their professionalism,I found Precision. From the lady that answered the phone, to the sales person, to the service technicians, I was treated like I was the only customer they had. I had my garage door installed within two days; the other company said two to three weeks! I had to request an adjustment to the door and the service technician was there that evening! I have told everyone about this company. I will never go elsewhere for my garage door needs

Service from all employees was exceptional. My garage door broke in the morning and a technician was at my home later that same day in the afternoon. The technician was polite and explained all work that was done. Within 2 hours the springs and other worn out parts were replaced. My garage door is so quiet now, I can hardly hear it. This company is very impressive.

The garage door opener that Precision installed is so quiet, that I have to look a couple times to ensure the door went up before backing out of the garage.

Blake first evaluated the the entire door and operating system. Door was not working because of broken spring. He then explained my options for repair and we decided based on age of motor and wear on parts that a new motor and overhaul was best option. He was very good at explaining each step in his repair as well as how to operate and care for new motor,remotes,and keypad. I was very happy with his work ethic and professional approach. THANKS

The entire process of getting my garage door fixed was professional, timely and reasonably priced. The young lady who ansewered the phone got my information correctly and was very pleasant. I received an email confirming my appointment. Blake called before my noontime appointment and to my surprise was able to come a few minutes early. He quickly found the broken wire and made some recommendations. I agreed with the replacement of the rollers and the door operation is now quieter and smoother. Good Job, everyone!

I would have given this first contact with your company a 5 for the work that was performed. However the technician was supposed to be here between 1000 and 1200 but called at 1201 to say he was running late. He arrived here at 1220.

Service Tech Jonathon was prompt, thorough and great to work with. He spotted the problem with a defective sensor, and did not leave until the opener was functioning once again. This is the second time I have dealt with Jonathon, and he is a real pleasure to deal with.

Purchased replacement garage door opener, "Precision Garage Door Opener Model PDS800" to replace worn out LiftMaster that was in place since 2005. The new Precision PDS800, out of the box, did not function properly (tech had problem programming). Thus, another 'new' out-of-the box unit was installed. Product is "Made in China". I would urge Precision to sell, to maximum extent possible, "Made in America" products (where available). Tech was knowledgeable and responded well to my questions. Major issue is that there was no specification sheet to accompany new opener. I would like to know what the new unit horsepower rating is, and more about the product purchased under the name of "Precision"

My wife and I had sudden trouble with all our remotes and keypad. We suspected a short in our system, and called Precision. Jonathon showed up the next day on time, evaluated our current opener, suggested a replacement opener, and completed the install in the estimated time (2 hours). He was terrific, and he did a nice job explaning the features and cleaning up after his install. I would recommend Jonathon to anyone with a garage door problem.
