I am completely satisfied with the service provided. Dylan May, the technician, was on time. He even called ahead before he got here. The tune up service and roller replacement work was completed in a timely and professional manner. He showed me what he did, provided appropriate explanations and gave tips on any possible future issues that could arise. Dylan May was dressed in a company uniform. His work and demeanor was professional and his work was done right the first time. I will use Precision Overhead Garage Door Service Company in the future. He and the company earn a 5 Star.

The technician, Andrew, was very precise in his explanation of some other needed repairs he found and his explanation of them. We called on Sunday afternoon about the garage door opener we'd had installed beginning to hangand Dylan came out the very next day. He even worked around our schedule, giving us time to safely get home before he arrived. He was polite and fast as usual; stood behind the install, so the call was free. Garage door was not closing all the way. I liked the appointment process where they give you a 3 hour window to perform the work, but arrive at the scheduled start time. My technician (Dylan) called me prior to the appointment time and said he was on his way. He quickly identified the problem (sensors were not staying aligned) and recommended replacements. This was completed quickly and the problem was solved. He also checked out my garage door and springs for any issues and lubricated the hinges. The cost for the visit/repairs was very reasonable. I will definitely call again if needed and I would highly recommend Precision Door to my friends.

I got your name from advertising sent to my home and had Andrew from your company for service a couple of years ago. Kevin came this time and I found him to be very professional. He found the problem very quickly and fixed it. He also pointed out a spring problem that needed fixing and since Andrew said the springs were getting weak when he was here a few years ago, I knew the time had come to replace them. Andrew did an excellent job. I called and he was at my house within a couple of hours. He did a great job explaining what was wrong and how he was going to fix it.
