Blake came out on a Saturday morning and took a look at my garage door and what he recommended. The service call was for a broken spring and after hearing what Blake recommended he replaced both springs, the pulley cables and hardware. My door is a lot quieter now and I feel pretty confident that I'll be able to call Blake if there are any questions I may have with my garage door. Thank you Blake and Precision Door Service

Extremely happy with the service. The technician came to the house exactly when he said he would, he quickly diagnosed the problem (missing reference clip) and fixed it, and performed a full evaluation in which he found a broken hinge we hadn't noticed, and quickly replaced. As I said, we were extremely happy with the service, the technician was friendly and professional, and we would definitely call Precision again should wee have any future problems with the garage door.

I am completely satisfied with the service provided. Dylan May, the technician, was on time. He even called ahead before he got here. The tune up service and roller replacement work was completed in a timely and professional manner. He showed me what he did, provided appropriate explanations and gave tips on any possible future issues that could arise. Dylan May was dressed in a company uniform. His work and demeanor was professional and his work was done right the first time. I will use Precision Overhead Garage Door Service Company in the future. He and the company earn a 5 Star.

This is the second time we have called Precision Door and the same technician, Jon, arrived. He was knowledgeable. He identified one problem which he addressed quickly. Testing revealed that the problem, although much better, was still present. He persevered and identified what else needed to be done and completed that quickly as well. He was well prepared and cleaned up after himself. We cannot speak too highly of our experience with Jon and Precision Doors.
