I am completely satisfied with the service provided. Dylan May, the technician, was on time. He even called ahead before he got here. The tune up service and roller replacement work was completed in a timely and professional manner. He showed me what he did, provided appropriate explanations and gave tips on any possible future issues that could arise. Dylan May was dressed in a company uniform. His work and demeanor was professional and his work was done right the first time. I will use Precision Overhead Garage Door Service Company in the future. He and the company earn a 5 Star.

He even worked around our schedule, giving us time to safely get home before he arrived. He was polite and fast as usual; stood behind the install, so the call was free.
