Kalip was there within an hour of the call. Fast, polite service. The door makes hardly any noise at all. Quieter than when we purchased the house new. Thank you!

John was great, he explained everything that needed to be done and why. He took the time to show me the damaged parts. Getting my garage door repaired was a big decision for me because I made it without my husbands input. When he got home he was surprised and happy with the work that was done. Thanks John ~~~~~~ GREAT WORK

My garage doors are eleven years old. One of the original springs finally failed. After talking with my technician, john,I decided to have both garage doors rebuilt. John installed new springs, rollers and balanced both doors. John arrived when expected, did a thorough evaluation and provided me with an estimate. He then proceeded to rebuild the doors in an efficient, competent manner.I highly recommend Precision to anyone needing installation or repair of their garage doors.

HELLO MANAGEMENT, FEW YEARS AGO I HAD CALLED FOR SERVICE WITH PRECISION DOOR SERVICE. THIS IS WHY I CALLED AGAIN, I WAS HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THAT WAS DONE AT THAT TIME. ON THE SAME DAY A NEIGHBOR ASKED FOR SERVICE ALSO. ONCE A PERSON USE A COMPANY FOR SERVICE AND THE COMPANY ADVERTISE THE NAME ON THE VEHICLE. OTHERS WILL CALL FOR SERVICE SINCE THEY SEEN THE VEHICLE WITH THE NAME OF THE COMPANY AND ALSO THE UNIFORMS AND NAME TAG. YES, I CALL FOR SERVICE ON OUR GARAGE DOOR REPAIR. JOHN WINKLER CAME BY, I EXPLAINED THE SITUATION. JOHN EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM AND WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE, QUOTED THE PRICE. JOHN REPRESENTS HIMSELF AND THE COMPANY IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. I LIKE THE IDEA OF THE PICTURES OF THE EMPLOYEES THAT REPRESENTS THE COMPANY. TO SHOW US WHO IS COMING. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. HAVE A GOOD DAY.

Did a good and thorough job. Wish the expense had been less as I wasn't planning on the cost, but that's the way it goes. Thanks for responding so quickly.

The deal breaker between going with Precision and another company was that they came out the same day...in fact two hours after the initial call. I didn't feel like they were "used car" salesman either. 5-year Warranty on service..plus!
