We had just had our door overhauled. A few days later, one of the rollers rolled right off the track. This happened at nearly 5 p.m. on Friday. I figured "That's it, we won't be able to use the door until Monday." I figured I had nothing to lose by calling the company. Wow! The technician arrived 90 minutes later. He made some adjustments. Checked the door a good 10 times to be sure it wouldn't "slip." So polite! My husband and I are so impressed with your employees and the quality of your work!!

I was extremely impressed with both Van Babcock(who came to give me an estimate and explain the quality differences to me) and William Shank(who came and installed my new garage door and opener) the next day! I cannot praise "Precision Garage Door Service" any higher! I live in Hunters Creek and my door garage door crashed shut, preventing me from getting my car out! I searched on the internet and found 'Precision'. I called them, they answered on the second ring, they were extremely helpful and understanding and they had someone at my home within the hour. One of their tech's, Kalip, showed me how the main spring had broken and the door had buckled when it fell, he suggested a full replacement and was back with a new door and spring etc. within 2 hours. 2 hours later it was fitted and working. Kalip was very professional and I commend him for his sense of urgency. Thank you Precision. I will recommend your company to everyone I know.

First off the customer service was great when making my appointment. She advised when the technician would show up and the technician called 30 min later and said he could arrive earlier than scheduled which was great. Ryan arrived at my resident and observed my garage door spring which needed replaced. He asked questions reference the age and usage of the door. He explained the cause and what he recommended.There was No added pressure. His recommendations were considered and I felt very comfortable with his explanations and recommendation reference the repairs. Ryan was very professional and down to earth guy. While he repaired my garage door springs and track wheels we talked about everything from work to recreational hobbies. I've had numerous technicians come to my house reference cable, lawn, pool etc....and very dissapointed, your always cautious who you let in your house. Ryan was awesome and my wife and I are very satisfied with the workmanship. I'll defiantly recommend your company to a friend or family.

William Shank was on time and did an excellent job, particularly since our older garage needed some modification to accept the new door. Some trim pieces had to be removed. The final installation looks very attractive and works without a hitch. He had to work quiet late, but his professionalism paid off in a job very well done.

I called to see if they can repair a very old garage door but the Tech, Charlie Merino, was very honest to me and explained me the advantage to replace all parts that way I will avoid future breaks and save money. I decided to install a new door and the tech was very professional during the whole process of installation. Pattie Canada was very helpful to me when I decided to change my order for glass door instead of plain door. 5 star service. They were the ONLY company that called me back on time, gave me a prompt and fair estimate, and came out on the day they said to do the installation (new door needed). Another company finally showed up to give me an estimate, and it was substantially higher. I got a wind-rated door and expert installation for a very fair price. 5 stars all the way around.

Precision was four hours late in beginning the job. The appt. was for 0900. I called at 0915 and was told that the tech had called in sick. Not my problem. I mentioned that my time was valuable too. The young lady on the phone said that she would take $100 off the estimate price and have someone there by 1:00 PM. To this I agreed. The tech showed up a few minutes early. He and another guy finished the job in under three hours. They did a good job. But, the tech said he would have to do cut the trim at the shop. And would install the trim on Friday. He said I would not have to be there for the installation. The liner at the bottom of the garage door was pinched in three places and light came in when the garage was closed. Your tech said it would work itself out, I hope so.

Van and James arrived right on time and were very helpful in assessing the problems with our present door. We concluded that the best solution was a new door. They showed us a range of options as to the levels of quality availabe as well as design and color options for a new door. They helped us make our decision, but at no time did we feel pressure.
