I am very satisfied with the work performed by Andrew Hecker. It is easy to see he takes pride in his work and he was very courteous and professional. He was very good at explaining the function and advantages of replacing various parts of the door mechanism. I would recommend your company to anyone.

Luis arrived on time and performed a maintenance check as I asked. The garage door had not been serviced since 2005. He said the door springs still looked good but suggested replacing the steel rollers with nylon rollers. He adjusted the springs for balance so the opener did not have to work so hard lifting the door and lubricated all moving parts. The door runs quieter than it did. I'm sure getting the opener serviced will make it last longer. Thanks Luis.

I just wanna take the time to thank Mr Shank for the outstanding service he has provided for me today , He was professional , courteous and made sure everything was working and in tip top shape . At first I had asked," if he could do all this on his own", he replied that "he could handle it " . He got thumbs up from me . As a Military Army guy he got a big "HOOAHH" Keep up the good work , and the price can't beat it ! Mr Vargas

We were driving through our neighborhood and saw your truck parked at a neighbor's house. Luis Soto was working on a repair or installation, and we asked him if he had time to take a look at our garage door opener. He came by later, determined the problem, and completed the repair in less than an hour. Great service - thanks!

Your company has been great from day one when the salesman came out to give a quote, and the installation technician was very proffesional. Then we had him come back out 6 months after install to make some adjustments and lube the hinge points. I would recommend you to anyone in need of garage door service. Thank you Darrel Wilson

I had arranged either a repair or installment of new garage door opener with another company. They cancelled my first appointment because product was not on the the truck. Rescheduled for the next day. When the tech showed up he was still not prepared. After sending him on his way, I called Precision and fortunately there was an opening and the tech arrived within 2 hours. Did the job professionally and efficiently in about an hour to my complete satisfaction.

Luis came on time as scheduled, diagnosed the repair problem, and quickly made the repair on a garage door that wouldn't close. He was very personable and polite. There was no hard sell or pitching of other products and services, just information. That was appreciated. Moreoever the price was quite reasonable. The first company I contacted did not even respond by email or by phone and I'm glad they didn't. If I have any other garage door problems I will definitely use Precision again. Thanks.

We did not use your service but, Mr. Soto was very informative and very nice gentlemen. We didn`t use your service to replace the springs on our garage door because your estimate was too high. and you didn`t have the springs we needed. Sorry.
