I received a referral from a neighbor who also lives in Solivita. My garage door would not open as a result of a broken spring. Being 10 years old, I had most items replaced, including the remote and motor. I was very pleased with the response received. The technician - William Shank was very professional and did all the work perfectly. I had a very old Garage Door opener that simply died. The tech had never seen one that old. So he had a bit more adjustments. I am amazed at how smooth and quiet this new garage door opener is. I really like the lock feature on the pad by the door. Excellent job and I would recommend Precision Garage Door products and Precision Garage Door of Florida.

I was most impressed with the way my initial call was handled - very courteous and professional. I appreciated getting an email notification of my appointment time that included information on the service technician was would come to my house. Charlie was very helpful and knowledgeable about the problem with my garage door opener. I chose to have him install a new one which he did in the time he said it would take. Afterwards he helped program the keypad and the opener in my car. I was very pleased with the results and will recommend Precision to others.

The work was servicing the door itself and was a fair price but the services rendered were with more than that. First the tech showed up promptly, was polite, quick and thorough. 2nd he went above and beyond and instructed me how to reprogram the system (Keypad and remotes) and then realigned the sensors for me. He did give me a suggestion to replace the springs but was not pushy at all. He merely made aware of a potential issue and thanked me for my business. He needs a pat on the back, for sure! To my dismay I went out yesterday and could not get out of my garage door due to a broken spring. I called around for estimates and decided to try Precision. The confirmation on my email indicated the tech I would be having to my home and a bio on him so I would know what he looked like upon arriving. He called to ask if he could come early which was good for me. He was fast, knowledgable and gave me two dif- ferent prices to choose which way to go to put the new spring in. I hope I do not have any further problems but would call Precision again.

This was a return call just to adjust and lubricate the Precision system four years after installation. The original installation was so impressive - prompt, efficient, professional and reasonable that I would not have considered another company. My service tech, Luis, was great. I asked about my original tech, Ryan. "Was he still with the comany." I was told he is now a manager. Good people staying witha good company.

Van origiinally serviced our door in August 2012 with new springs, pulleys and cable. My double door stopped working consistently recently and after discussing with Van, we decided to purchase a new door after 15yrs. As always, Van did a great job and we are very pleased with the new door.

SUNDAY MORNING I TRIED TO OPEN OUR GARAGE AND COULD NOT OPEN IT. IT WOULD ONLY RISE 1/2 WAY UP, LEAVING US WITH NO CAR AVAILABLE. I CALLED PRECISION AND THEY ARRIVED WITHIN 2 HOURS.
