Although, I have always been please with your company and I do recommend you whenever possible, I was disappointed that advice was not offered over the phone as to what we might try instead of having a service tech come out. We had been without power for 8 days due to the hurricane. Tech here for less than 5 minutes during which time the bill was paid a discounted (hurricane) rate of $50.00 to engage a latch...sad! so I was disappointed but will still recommend your company. I actually had two Technicians call me. One called because he had completed his appointment early and was in the area (thank you Nick for your willingness to come earlier). I missed that call. Later, Mr. Scott left a message stating he was on his way. He arrived promptly. Fixed what I needed, and suggested (not in a pushy way) to get new springs so that the pressure would not be on the motor. Great service and friendly!

I called Precision when my door broke and they sent two gentlemen out the same day. Scott and his helper did a great job, were polite and explained in detail what they could do to fix the door with three options to choose from. It really calmed me down as I was scheduled to see my doctor regarding a serious personal issue that morning. When the service person came, he exhibited the same efficiency and helpfulness.

A tech was available to come out within a few hours after I placed a call to the company. The tech did a trouble shoot and found that our garage door opener was in need of being replaced. The 24/7 service was extremely important to us. We could not lift the heavy door and one car was inside. We needed it fixed in one day, because we had donated items to be picked up the next day, that were stored in the garage. We called them first thing in the morning and a repairman was here within an hour. He was very courteous and explained what was wrong, the cost, and how long it would take to fix it. We especially liked the lifetime warrantee and certified parts. We also found out they are a nationwide franchise, so we would recommend them in any state.
