Spring on 1 of my garage doors broke on Saturday. I called to schedule service on Sunday and service was scheduled between 2-5 on Monday.Scott, the technician, arrived on time, inspected the doors, explained my options. Work was completed in a timely and professional manner. Both doors function like new and are much more quiet with new hardware.

I found this site by searching "garage door repair Palm Coast." First, the reviews were all high. Second, I recognized some of the reviewers. So I called around noon (maybe a little later) on a Saturday and was told someone would be here between 6 and 8. I got a call around 4:30 from the tech saying he was finished with his job and was 10 minutes away. Who ever heard of a tech coming 90 minutes before the start of the window? Our tech found what the problem was, showed and explained it to me along with my options. Our springs needed to be replaced and would most likely need a new opener, as it was 13 years old. He went through the options and discounts. So we got the springs and opener replaced. He went to work and explained how to use the system and how to maintain and check for problems. And our tech was great with my kids and dog when they interrupted us in the garage.

We were pleased with every phase of the operation. Our choices and the prices associated with them were clearly explained by Scott, the technician who first spoke to us. The installers got the job done and then explained the features of the new door, including what we could do to maintain it. One issue that Scott mentioned were the 'buck boards" that anchor the door to the garage wall, suggesting I confer with the installers as to whether they needed to be replaced. James and Will, the installers, agreed new boards were needed to be certain the work passed inspection and I authorized them to proceed. When the inspector walked into the garage, the first words out of his mouth were "OK, the boards look good."

Precision Door Service came out and did a complete over hall of our 10 year old garage door system. In this time frame we replaced the spring to the door just a couple years ago and it broke. After speaking with the knowledgeable technician Scott M. that came it, it was discovered that the springs were not heavy enough to support the weight of our garage. Choose to do an overhaul service with lifetime warranty on the parts and labor. Very impressed with the parts used. You can tell right away they are heavy duty Industrial parts built to last. Will reccomend them to every one who needs garage door services or parts. Look forward to working with Scott M. Again when it's time to replace out Garage Door opener machine.

Very pleased with the service, the repairman arrived much earlier than expected, which was great. Scott put in new springs on the garage door, door was fixed in no time, I would recommend this company highly! 5 Stars!!!

Precision was great. We called with an issue on a Friday and someone was at our door Monday. The repair ended up being exactly what they had suspected when we called on Friday and they completed the work for the exact price quoted on Monday. Several companies would not work on it due to the size and hardware needed especially when we said that we believed that the door was fine but all the hardware needed to be replaced. The technician who came out was extremely professional and after performing a system and safety check said that they could indeed install everything I needed to have a "like new" door and lifting system and the parts would come with a lifetime warranty! Within 48 hours the technician had all the hard to find parts needed and installed the whole system in one day. He was tireless and did an outstanding job. I would recommend our technician and Precision Doors to anyone for any problem related to a garage door. In my opinion after interviewing several companies, they are the best you will find. Save your time and call Precision Door IF you want the job to be done right the first time and someone to stand behind their work! I can't say enough about our technician who was tireless and would not stop until it was perfect!!
