Justin came to my home and taught me that I cannot block the sensor beam on my door, it just doesn't work when I do that, lol! Justin was very professional and efficient.
Well Mr. Roden, that is correct, the safety senor beam is a safety feature that signals the opener not to close the door, because there is an object obstructing the opening. Glad we could help you!

Charles did an excellent job installing my new door. It was to replace a door that was 25 years old. The job was done quickly and professionally. Also I would like to thank Ryan Homan the first technician that came out and accessed my doors. Both were professional and very curtious. I have a 4 car garage with 3 doors. I have one other door that is 25 years old and I will replace probably in the next 6 months. The new door that you installed is much quieter than the previous door. Thanks again for the prompt and professional service. This is the 2nd time that I have used your company in 8 years. The first was having a new spring installed. You were offering a free service call when a repair was done. This was of course caught my eye. I'm always afraid to have a service call of any kind when I don't know the company. I am very satisfied. I scheduled the appointment in the evening and at the noon next day everything was completed. Fast, clean and quality service. I have only one recommendation. When I explained the problem the person on the phone gave me the prices of the new springs and the service call fee. She never mentioned that I can't change only the broken spring and have to buy two springs. The technician that to me, but this initial offer was slightly misleading. Total experience: Perfect !!!
