I was pleasantly surprised when I called on Sunday that I was able to set up an appointment for first thing Monday morning, between 8-10. The service man called me at 8:15 to say he was minutes away.I was concerned he would be able to repair the door. Cables had snapped, rollers had flown off,the door looked bad. He took a survey of the situation and reassured me that he in fact could repair the door. In a short amount of time the garage door was up and running. I want to thank everyone at Precision Door Service for the professional and very prompt service I received.

Your technician came and did a great job not only fixing my sprung garage door, but replacing springs and tuning my door so that it now works better than when it was first installed. From the first appointment for the estimate, Tom Weaver was professional and patient in explaining to me your product. I did not feel pressure in choosing Precision, he said he would call me in a couple of days if I needed to further research your product. He did and the first thing he asked me if I had any questions. I told him no and that I decided to go with your company. He set the appointment and called before he arrived. I was satisfied with his work and your product and he clean any mess that he made. I would recommend your company to my friends and associates when they are in need of a garage door/repair. I had a service call on my door opener. John was scheduled to come between Noon and 2PM. He called me prior to coming. He asked me if I was ready for him. And came promptly at Noon. I appreciated that courtesy. He was knowledgable of his work. He explained what he had to do. And the door opener now functions 100%.

Disaster Avoided! Our garage door was askew half up and half down looking buckeled with a bent rail. We thought the worse and figured new door. Precision sent Bill out the same day with a new door but fortunately Bill was able to resurrect our door, replace the rail, adjust everything and it works perfectly. We saved a bunch. Way to go Precision. Don't hesitate to call them. P. S. Charles in the office set up our service call and was a great help.

Bill arrived early in the time slot which was appreciated (being a Sunday evening!). He was very knowledgeable and that showed in his quality of work. The 1st thing I would mention is what a surprise to get a real person,on a Sunday, answer the phone. Then was told someone could be there that afternoon. I was a little confused that I couldn't a technician on your site called Edwin, but neverless he came in a company van and wearing a company uniform. He was knowledgeable, courteous and competent. I am totally satisfied with the service I received. I had scheduled several appiontments for estimates to replace broken spring and for replacing doors at two locations. Percision was the second company to come out. After talking with my technician Ryan Summers I decided to have Percision replace my springs. Mr. Summers appeared to be very knownledgable with their products and with repair procedures. He took the time to explain what needed to be done to repair my door, what were my options and warranty coverage. Mr. Summers was very courteous and professional. I will not be able to replace doors at this time but when I do decide to replace them Precision Door Service will be my choice. Keep up the good work!
