My garage doors are eleven years old. One of the original springs finally failed. After talking with my technician,john,I decided to have both garage doors rebuilt. The deal breaker between going with Precision and another company was that they came out the same day...in fact two hours after the initial call. I didn't feel like they were "used car" salesman either. 5-year Warranty on service..plus!

I needed service on an issue with the garage door not closing properly and leaving a gap on one side. Jeff was sent to service the door and he found the problem right away, fix it and noticed the rollers were not working properly, after taking a closer look we found the rollers to be worn out and causing the door to make a lot of noise and the motor to work extra hard. I decided to have them replaced and now the door works like new. I like to thank Jeff for his professionalism and a job well done.
