Previous experience with Garage door Compainies left me dismayed. Last night I go thome late and my garage door would not close. I called a "different company" that you would find under "Maitland Garage Door Repair" and it was late. The lady I spoke with took my information and told me that the Service man who had been here 2 times in the past month and this visit would make it 3 times in the last month. I waited and waited and waited and no one showed up. I tried to call and see what was going on? And each time I called, the person who takes the calls would hand up before she even said one word. All I can say is they were the most unprofessional service people I had ever had an experience with. Then this morning I called Precision Garage Door Company and they were like a breath of fresh air compared to the on men I had worked with prior to Precision Coming. Precision showed up exactly on time and he was so helpful, very polite and made good common sense suggestions. Luis Soto was the ultimate professional. After replacing three sets of springs and three garage door openers in the last few years with other companies I learned from William all I needed was the right size springs and a "balanced door". When our garage door stopped moving naturally we thought the opener was failing. I was suprised because the precision system seemed very efficient. It turned out after roughly 14 years the spring snapped. The repairman was friendly, courteous and gave us a very fair price replacing both springs with a five year warranty! I can recommend this comapany without reservation.

Lubricated and looked for popping noise. Couldn't reproduce the noise. Tech was very thorough and checked each joint, roller , and spring. He did a fine job.

I was not satisfied with your representative. I felt he did not explained in detail to me what was needed to be done. Did not do proper inspection. Just felt because the garage was old which the house is 33 years old, I needed to replace attached estimate. His customer service was not professional at all to me. Thank you!

Ten years ago we moved into a brand-new house of solid construction which the builder stocked with cheap appliances including a garage door opener that was creaky from day one and soon required service. We picked Precision out of the phone book (there were still phone books then)and tech came out and did a minimal repair that made the thing work. This was repeated 2 or 3 times over the ensuing decade - Precision techs recommending repairs and never trying to up-sell us into a new system. Then last week the door seized up again for apparently no reason. This time the Precision tech - William, accompanied by apprentice Eric - came into the waiting room and told us gently that it was time to pull the plug on the old guy and put in a new motor. Actually, he said he could put it on life support again, but said it could fail at any moment and it would be kinder, and more economical to go with a new system. So we did. William and Eric had it up and running, silent as a nuclear sub, in less than an hour. William and Eric are poster boys for professionalism, courtesy, and good cheer.

Service was excellent and timely. Technician's were very courteous. We called because the door was not closing all the way. The technicians explained the problem and fixed it. They also inspected all HW and springs to ensure they were properly tightened. Precision has been a great vendor for us.

I had a broken spring on my 600 lb garage door. I called the 800 number and they scheduled technician Andrew to come out between 6-8 pm that night after I got home from work. Andrew was very professional and he and his apprentice had my new springs installed in no time. I was able to use my online coupon and facebook coupon resulting in no service charge fee and $10 off. They made sure that everything was working properly before they left. I have no reservations giving them a 5 star rating and highly recommend them for thier prompt service, professionalism and thoroughness completing the job.

We got a quote a year ago and just did not get around to getting the new garage door. Precision honored my quote and Andrew the sales guy was super. I had him come back out just to make sure I understood everything and so he could make sure the quote included all that I wanted. He did not try to talk me into things I did not need. He was very personable. The installers were super and did a great job. Family was over and they all said the new door makes the house look like it was painted. My old door looked pretty beat up and made the house look unkept. Never thought a garage door affected the look of the rest of the house, but then again, it is a large door. I had a problem with the door opening and closing and called the office (around 6:00) and while they were getting the guy who installed the door on the phone, I figured out that I was blocking the little eye on the bottom of the door and then it worked. However, they would have come out and solved my problem. Top notch group of people and I would recommend Precision to anyone wanting a new garage door.

Earlier today I saw William working on a neighbor's house. I discussed my problems and was impressed by his pleasant disposition, knowledge and concern. As soon as he finished with the neighbor he came to my house, appraised the situation and gave advice. We now have two completely renovated garage door systems from openers through rollers, rails, etc. Our doors now raise and lower smoothly and amazingly quietly. My call was answered promptly, and an appointment time for their technician to arrive at our home was set for the same day. He arrived on time and was very professional looking and the truck looked just like it did on their web site. Luis was very nice and explained everything to our satisfaction. I bought the new garage door opener, and Luis put it in replacing my old damaged opener, in an hours time. He explained the operation completely and the whole experience was very pleasant !

We called Precision Service Door around mid-day after discovering that our garage door opener would not open our garage door beyond about 18 inches without stopping, shaking, and making a very loud noise. Service Technican William was scheduled to arrive sometime between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. that evening; he arrived at 5:55 p.m. which was greatly appreciated. William diagnosed the problem, and communicated the repair options in plain English, not industry terminology. Once we selected the level of repair and signed the written estimate on his iPad, William quickly and skillfully replaced the carriage assembly, both torsion springs, both cables and cable drums, and all rollers; William also ensured the garage door was properly balanced, which should extend the life of our existing garage door opener. After removing the existing torsion springs, cable drums, and cables, and before installing their replacements, William showed us the differences in the quality of the replacement materials compared to the existing materials, which was quite striking and impressive. Our garage door has never opened and closed this quietly; I would estimate a 50% reduction in noise level, and thatâ??s without replacing the existing screw driven garage door opener. Overall, we are very satisfied with the level of service we received from Precision Service Door and their expert Service Technican William. Highly recommended company!

Great Job at a fair price. On time for the appointment and the repair only took less than an hour. Very neat worker who cleaned up after the work. Charlie was very polite and explained all of the options available to us. It would be nice if a senior citizen discount was offered.
