The product was a Linear belt driven system, new springs, rollers, etc. My technician Van was on time (a rarity these days), courteous, precise, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to answer my questions. The system itself is performing nicely. It is smooth and surprisingly very very quiet.

I called on Sunday night to get an early service call on Monday for a broken spring. The lady I spoke with was great and got me on the calendar for 8-11. Andrew came first thing in the morning and even called to let me know he was on his way, which was appreciated. He clearly and concisely explained what needed to be done and how much it would cost, he also mentioned some optional work I could also have done and I took him up on his offer to replace the rollers which I am glad that I did (door is much quieter now!). Based on my experience with the technician specifically, and company in general I won't hesitate to use Precision again, or recommend them to a friend.

Professional from the start, setting the appt. was a breeze. Our Tech William was on time as promised. Solid well laid out recommendations provided by William was given upon inspection, which he delivered in a non pressured manner. I was satisfied with the pricing quoted, and approved the repairs. The garage door which required new springs works better now than when it was installed brand new a few years back. I have no doubt this repair will last much longer than the original installation. After a brief conversation I can say that the folks at Precision are truly committed to providing exceptional services. They listened and acted upon my concerns and ultimately took responsibility for what was a very small concern. They stepped up and invested in the customer relationship to ensure I am satisfied. Totally unexpected but how real business is done. 1 STAR REVIEW (original) 4/22/13 The work the tech did was very good. When I called for the appointment, I was told you would replace only one spring, unless the other spring looked suspect. Nothing was mentioned about the danger of re-using an old spring and only replacing one. I told the tech that I just replaced one spring 1 year ago. He said due to safety reasons he would be able to replace just one spring. He said you should always replace both. I get that, and maybe should have. However I think I was forced into either paying $69 for the service call or replace both. The bill was $320. I will not be able to recommend your company going forward. - sorry, but time for you to deliver new sales tactics. Call if you want more info.

As advertised, they were here within 24 hours. The technician was courteous & informative. My repair was fairly easy (new bracket for control arm), but he also lubricated joints & was finished within 15 minutes. Very satisfied.

Luis arrived on time and performed a maintenance check as I asked. The garage door had not been serviced since 2005. He said the door springs still looked good but suggested replacing the steel rollers with nylon rollers. He adjusted the springs for balance so the opener did not have to work so hard lifting the door and lubricated all moving parts. The door runs quieter than it did. I'm sure getting the opener serviced will make it last longer. Thanks Luis.
