I am acquainted with Precision through TV advertisements. I contacted the company in the evening and was pleasantly surprised that someone answered, took my information, and told me that I would get a call in the morning. Someone did call early the next morning. The employee described what needed to be done, and I agreed to have the door replaced. The workers came as planned, and did an outstanding job. I think they left the garage cleaner than the way they found it. The entire experience was very pleasant, and I am glad that I decided to call Precision. I like my new door.

The customer service was amazing and what I like about this company is that they showed up on time with the information ready to review. No delays off to work. Alex (Tech/Sales) is quality driven, knows his stuff inside and out! Navigates to customer needs and requirements for the cost. First, garage door opener wasn't working and the old garage doors needed to be replaced. Second, I ask the technician to install the new garage door opener however, he wanted to wait till the new garage doors came in. This doesn't help the fact that for a month I will not be able to access the garage! Then after paying over $3000.00 dollars for new doors and garage door opener, there is a charge on the receipt for a $69.00 service call. There was no service preformed! The technician did everything NOT to install the garage door opener, just to make the overall sale.

Am a little disappointed from the get go. I needed quick help to get my door open to get car out after balance spring came loose. I got that help but the tech was diverting request for a quick repair saying it would cost ~500.00 for a repair when I was going to purchase a new system anyway. Said he didn't have a spring in his truck. He was focusing on selling a new package. I intended to purchase a new door and power unit anyway after an estimate. He left after writing a purchase contract without reconnecting my spring leaving me a 76 yo, not smart to be on a ladder, to do the job myself. Took me 20 min. to connect the spring and all is working now. My old door is heavy and difficult for me to raise and lower manually so I needed the power unit during the interim waiting for new door installation. Nothing was broke the spring just came loose and I would think it be common practice for him to make that minor but essential fix for me prior to departing. Am optimistic that new package will be installed in a timely matter and professionally, We shall see.

Tom came out the same day to give a quote. He took the time to explain everything. He fixed the door, gave me a quote. He was pleasant and thorough. I am not sure who I will ultimately buy my door from -- But if this is the kind of service they provide I am definitely weighted toward them.

This appointment was for an estimate on repair or new garage door. The technician was very thorough and explained why repair was not a good idea and that his company did not do business with the company that made the garage door any longer. Polite and professional.
