Precision was recommended by a friend. They were able to come the day before Thanksgiving! Estimate given before they started and full explanation of what needed to be done. Within 3 hours everything was fixed. Great staff .

Tyler came to our house first and then Evan installed our new garage door opener. Both were very polite and knowledgeable. Evan did our installation and he walked me through all of the new functions and did a great job! I will highly recommend Precision to all my friends in Mount Dora.

These guys are the best! They're on time, keep in touch with texts telling you who's coming to your house and when. They listened, found the problem, fixed it and did the work for a reasonable price. Very professional.

Everything was great ! Personal service , quick contact Free estimate with options. Employees are happy and answered all my questions The only reason i did not rate this company a five star was the price was higher than other quotes. Because of the service , well worth it .

I had contacted about a dozen different garage door companies to modify the tracks on my existing wide doors. They all sounded good but never came through. A friend sent me the contact info for Precision. They were extremely professional from the start. They did exactly what was asked, their guys were fantastic and cleaned up everything. I highly recommend!

I called this morning, they setup an appt. for me for this afternoon. Received a called from their tech Kurt and he came on time. Inspected my system and he noted that my present opener was 12 yeas old. So we discussed my options and I chose to replace with a new garage opener. In a couple hours time he was finished putting in my new opener and showed me all the aspects of operating etc. Would recommend them highly. Carole
So glad we were able to take care of your issue right away. Kurt does his best to make sure that he not only gives great service, but that his customers are informed of their options so they can make the best decisions. Thank you in advance for your recommendations.

Kurt was my repair Tec and called before his visit to tell me he was on the way. He told me all about the services offered and explained all my options. He was fast, friendly and professional. During the repairs we had a stranger approach us and we could tell he was not "well".. We had to call the police and Kurt stayed with me until the man was apprehended. Kurt could have left, the bill was paid and he had another job to go to but he stayed and made sure I was safe. He went beyond the call of duty both with the repairs and as a person. I was and am extremely happy with how the service call went and the price was fair.

Kurt was spot on time, very professional, and polite. Explained why the particular repairs were necessary and the cost involved. When the job was completed he explained the various information a homeowner needed to know. Could not have chosen a better tech. Now the cost of this quality service is high but top notch parts and service is just expensive, period.

The technician arrived on time. Tried to fix the old opener but it wasn't repairable. He explained the different openers he could install. No pressure to buy one I didn't want. Installed the new opener and cleaned up after he was done. I would recommend Precision to my friends who might need their services.
