We have used Precision services for our garage doors since our permanent move to Florida in 2004 and have found Precision to be very qualified to attend to the needs we have had. Today Ryan Brooks was able to diagnose our problem and fix it. He did a thorough inspection and took the time to explain to us how he would fix the problem and what he would recommend if we chose to select a new installation in the future.Ryan was pleasant, calm and fully qualified to get our door operating properly. He was not in a rush to get the job done and get on to his next call, he took time and made us feel we were the only people on his "to do list" for today. I am sure he had many appointments on his list before the day ended for him. We thoroughly recommend Precision and Ryan in particular. Thanks for getting us through the door!!
Thank you for the kind and wonderful words you left in your comment concerning your garage door repairs. We try to make all of our customer feel like they are our number one priority! I definitely use Precision again in the Future! Very responsive!!!!! Ryan was awesome. He arrived and went right to work. My wife and I couldn't get to work because both cars were stuck in the garage. Working in tight quarters, Ryan showed a sense of urgency as he replaced our broken springs. It was later determined that there were several other problems with the door...he continued working until the door was fully functional. He explained everything he was doing as he worked and gave me good advise on how to keep up with the maitenance on the door. Thanks Ryan!
Ryan is an excellent technician, glad to hear he took care of your garage door needs. Precision ranks high in customer service and Ryan takes it to the next level, showing our customers that he really cares. Thank you for your comments, I will be sure to let Ryan know.

I was referred by Maurice Bulus who told me you were a company of people who get the job done and his contact was a Christian. From my call for service on my garage doors on the afternoon of 1/6/10, thru completion of the service the next morning, I was treated with great customer care and the work done by Jeff seems to be just what was needed. He was courteous, explained what needed to be done-including $$ options-and completed the work in a timely, effecient manner. I am impressed with your Company (the people and management in place).
