I was referred by a long time trusted neighbor. The technician came to install the two springs. Blake was very professional, quick and effective. He also give me good advice on what to expect in the future with my garage door opener. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and courteous . I was very satisfied with his service. I would recommend him.

My tech was Blake. He contacted me when he was on his way to my home. Blake was punctual and very informative. He explained clearly what my issues were and what it would take to correct. He also gave me several options to satisfy me from a cost standpoint for the service I would be receiving. My problem was corrected and my door operates like new. Blake was very professional and efficient.

I have no problem recommending Precision, even with its premium price for assured results. Blake was prompt, courteous and professional. I appreciated his detailed description of the condition of my garage door, and evaluating my problems and concerns. Although expensive, I optioned to have Blake re-build my door. Just over an hour later the door works very well and the" thump" and a good part of the other noise are gone. In addition I now have the assurance of a safe and reliable garage door system - including a good life-time limited warranty by Precision.

Precision, from the first phone call to the completed work, was a professional and most reliable company. Our service tech, Blake, was courteous, on time, called to let us know his time of arrival and explained exactly what needed to be done and the cost. He is an asset to this company. I would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service and give Precision 5 stars!!!

Great service! I received a call letting me know about the time the tech would arrive. Since I was at work, my parents came for the appointment. They stated the tech was friendly and explained EVERYTHING to them. Also, they said he was very neat and cleaned up his work area. Thanks for a great job!

My rating of your services is 5 stars! Your people were on time, polite, and worked continuously from start to finish. It was noted my broken spring and the good spring remaining were two sizes smaller then they should be. It was suggested both springs be replaced along with cables and other parts - the BETTER category.

While the tech was fast, knowledgeable, non pressure, I felt a minor adjustment was a little pricey ($65).

The garage door spring broke on a Friday and I was leaving for vacation the next day. My first thought was Precision Garage Doors as I have seen them advertise on Bright House. The appointment was set for Sat afternoon, but Blake, our technician called early in the morning with an opening. He promptly assessed the situation and went to work. He was polite and very knowledgeable. He completed the job very quickly and professionally. I will highly recommend Precision Garage Door to friends and neighbors. Thank you Blake!

Had a new garage door system installed in May 2015. Everything was done to perfection. Awesome service at a good price. Had an issue with the door in that it would open back up once it closed. I had the power go off at the same time I was opening the door and it apparently uncalibrated itself just enough to cause an issue. Precision tech was out today, made a quick adjustment to recalibrate it and everything works fine again. Nice thing was that there was no charge!! Pleasure to do business with!!

I am happy to write this email. Extremely pleased with our technician. You should thank him personally. He was professional and well trained. He presented as a trustworthy individual, which earned additional business outside of just a torsion spring repair. Well Done. In fact your representative impressed me that i have requested information on your franchise. Blake was my technician, explained what it would take to fix this very old door. I asked about a complete new door and he showed me what was available, how it would fit, and they advantages of a lifetime warranty. A few calls, and the installers will be here in a couple hours and have it completely installed today. great service and no hard sell,

Five stars for everything. The service and the repair work was done efficiently and on my schedule. I had called another company that I had previously used and been happy with. They said it would be a few days and would let me know when they would be able to come. I called Precision and will never use anyone else.
