Had an issue with our door and used the "Chat Now" to explain our situation and scheduled an appointment that turned out to be later that afternoon... Within 15 minutes, Dylan (Tech) called and said he had a cancellation and asked if he could come now. He came shortly thereafter, identified the issue, fixed it and re-lubed up everything. So, within an hour of my text conversation, my door was fixed... WOW! Great prompt customer service, not only with the "Chat Now" person but with Dylan. Took me longer to get a pizza delivered last weekend than it did to schedule and fix my garage door....Totally impressed and grateful!

I would recommend Precision. We had a garage door opener problem and William was very knowledgable and did a complete inspection of the opener and the door. He was on time which is great. Also he clearly communicated the problem and solution which I think is very helpful. And he fixed the problem.

Garage door would not open Friday evening as we were leaving for an evening out......could not open manually, either. Called our original installer from several years ago, but closed for weekend. Looked online....saw several excellent customer reviews for Precision.....called you folks, provided information to a very nice lady, and was told a technician would be here within 3 hours........in actuality, tech. was here in less than an hour....problem quickly diagnosed, parts replaced, and we were back in service in about 90 minutes. Kevin, our technician, was excellent! Certainly would recommend you folks to others!

Scott, Your guys were awesome today! I called originally for a faulty sensor because I am selling my house. They fixed that and then replaced a hinge that had come loose. Since my motor was 15 years old, I asked them what my options were and they explained the 3 to me. I asked them to install the 10 yr warranty level and they did so very quickly. I was very pleased with the result and the quality of the installation. I really enjoy the significantly reduced noise level and the new key pad outside. l also appreciate the message prior to their arrival. I am happy to recommend your company to anyone in need of any of your services. Thank you!!!

I called Precision Door at 1:15 PM, Friday, July 3, an observed holiday for most businesses. By 3:15 PM that day, they had arrived, replaced the spring, plus a few other parts, and departed. I'm still in a little bit of shock by the quick, efficient response...on an observed holiday, no less. Five stars from me.

The garage door spring broke on a Friday and I was leaving for vacation the next day. My first thought was Precision Garage Doors as I have seen them advertise on Bright House. The appointment was set for Sat afternoon, but Blake, our technician called early in the morning with an opening. He promptly assessed the situation and went to work. Five stars! Our garage door was not opening, the mechanism was moving but the door would not open and close. Kevin was dispatched the same day. He promptly diagnosed the problem, explained it, and told me exactly what should be done to repair it. His work was exemplary, and he finished it promptly. He performed a general maintenance as well. The door needed a new seal on the bottom, and he returned the next day with the replacement part. Kevin was knowledgeable, helpful and reliable. He explained how the door should be handled manually in the event of a power outage. I had full confidence in his expertise. A very good customer service experience. Sales person Ken, was very professional. Garage Door was installed when promised. Service person, Collin, was very professional, and worked continuously and hard, due to numerous problems which arose. The only disappointing aspect of install, no one informed me that the vinyl trim to seal sides and top of door, do not come with the installation and is extra cost. Both my friend and I could not believe that sealer vinyl trim was the normal install. This makes the install look unfinished. Had friend, who was visiting the day door was installed. He had garage door installed in Davenport by another company, the vinyl trim was included. There are slight gaps on side of door; noted last night, light and some rain came through the side of the door, when wind blew during rain storm. Would be beneficial to clearly inform customers of additional cost and not part of normal install. Would recommend your company, with reservations. If had trim part of regular install, would be 5 star job.

I called Precision late in the day. Our spring had broken and I could not get the door open. Expecting to have to wait until the next day for service, to my great surprise they responded they could be out within 3 hours! They called in one hour and were there in 30 minutes. They had the necessary parts and had my oversized door up and operating in 45 minutes or so. Great customer service and I can highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service. FIVE stars for sure!
