The service technicians could come earlier and called ahead to confirm that was ok and did not just show up. They both were polite, professional, customer service oriented and educational about prevention as well as response to the problem we were having, which in our case was the spring about to go sooner than later. They provided additional recommendations and applied coupons or discounts accordingly. As a home owner, what many service oriented folks forget is that your home is a sacred space for loved ones. The folks who came out to service our home treated it and me and our life situation with respect while developing rapport and credibility. Although I hope to not have to see them again anytime soon, they allowed themselves to be a welcomed presence in our home.

Had an old (15 year old) balky system. We are selling or home and want everything to be as nice as possible for potential buyers. Knowing that, Blake, our technician, diagnosed our issue and presented 3 different remedies and provided up-front pricing for all. He was courteous, thorough, and extremely professional. Our work was completed in 2 hours...no ordering parts or rescheduling service...he had everything in the truck, ready to go. Eric attempted to repair existing opener which was only about 3 years old, but was not able to due to electronic board. New unit installed with all moving parts replaced. $999.98. Hopefully Precision will stand by the warranty to avoid future expensive repair costs. Again the consumer must rely on the honesty and integrity of the service provider. Eric was courteous, explained everything in detail and I believe did a good job. He represents your company well.

Had an issue with our door and used the "Chat Now" to explain our situation and scheduled an appointment that turned out to be later that afternoon... Within 15 minutes, Dylan (Tech) called and said he had a cancellation and asked if he could come now. He came shortly thereafter, identified the issue, fixed it and re-lubed up everything. So, within an hour of my text conversation, my door was fixed... WOW! Great prompt customer service, not only with the "Chat Now" person but with Dylan. Took me longer to get a pizza delivered last weekend than it did to schedule and fix my garage door....Totally impressed and grateful!

I would recommend Precision. We had a garage door opener problem and William was very knowledgable and did a complete inspection of the opener and the door. He was on time which is great. Also he clearly communicated the problem and solution which I think is very helpful. And he fixed the problem.
