We had a spring break on our garage door and called Precision right away to have same repaired. From the time we talked to Dysteny (know its spelled wrong) until Daniel had completed the repairs we were treated with professional care. It only took two and a half hours from the time we called to facilitate the repairs and they were done with great attention to detail. We have used Precision for years and will continue to use them and suggest them to our friends. Great job Daniel door works great.

Dan was here this morning after one of my cables broke on my door so it wouldn't move. He was here when he said. He was kind, polite and friendly. The job was finished in good time and the area was left completely cleaned up and he gave me an estimate for a new door, which I will definitely consider purchasing from this company.

We were pleased with every phase of the operation. Our choices and the prices associated with them were clearly explained by Scott, the technician who first spoke to us. The installers got the job done and then explained the features of the new door, including what we could do to maintain it. One issue that Scott mentioned were the 'buck boards" that anchor the door to the garage wall, suggesting I confer with the installers as to whether they needed to be replaced. James and Will, the installers, agreed new boards were needed to be certain the work passed inspection and I authorized them to proceed. When the inspector walked into the garage, the first words out of his mouth were "OK, the boards look good."

My garage door broke on Sunday, New years Day. I called expecting to leave a message to have someone contact me on Monday to schedule a service call. The lady that answered the phone told me it was no problem to have someone come out today to fix my door. I was expecting someone to look at the door and come back later to fix the broken spring. No, the trucks are fully stocked. Nick Mcadory came and fixed my door in no time at all. I was very impressed with the quick response time and the professionalism. And, we didn't realize that we had a lifetime warranty that covered the broken part from 12 years ago when the door was originally purchased. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone needing their garage door serviced.

The crew of two, were prompt, explained what their inspection revealed and what they recommended. They replace the spring set with new units and balance the door. It took about an hour and a half, and they were on their way. Cost was reasonable, and they were very efficient. I would recommend them and use their service again if needed. -BC

Dylan was my service tech. He was on time and explain every step of what needed to be done. I just had another company come out in May 2016 (Arm......) who had replace my spring three time since 2009. Dylan was so professional and knows his job inside and out. Danny provided service to my garage door recently. He explained the options I had when presented with the issue. He was very honest and straight forward with the information he provided me. Upon being presented with the options, I made my choice and Danny went to work. During some of the work being performed, my daughters were around, and he was very kind, pleasant and friendly.
