Dylan was my service tech. He was on time and explain every step of what needed to be done. I just had another company come out in May 2016 (Arm......) who had replace my spring three time since 2009. Dylan was so professional and knows his job inside and out. Precision will be my company from this point on.

Danny provided service to my garage door recently. He explained the options I had when presented with the issue. He was very honest and straight forward with the information he provided me. Upon being presented with the options, I made my choice and Danny went to work. During some of the work being performed, my daughters were around, and he was very kind, pleasant and friendly. I would certainly not hesitate to recommend Danny or Precision Garage Doors to anybody.

Blake arrived and explained what I needed for the repair on my door and was the model of customer service. The job was done quickly and Blake explained how I would get the warranty. The technician (Jesse) arrived during the time frame set up for the appointment. He performed a trouble shooting review of our situation and discussed the findings. He explained different options that were available to remedy the cause of the problem. After a choice was made he expertly performed each function that was necessary to complete the service call. Jesse was a professional and courteous representative of the company. He cleaned his work area to our satisfaction and left with a handshake and a pleasant "Thank You" adding to call if we had any problems or additional questions.

My technician was knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the reasons my garage door wouldn't open up all the way I, who am not mechanically inclined, could understand. He gave me options for repairing the mechanisms causing the problems and the pricing for each option. He allowed me to make a decision without pushing me to select the most costly repair. One I selected the option that suited me best, he completed the work quickly and neatly. Best of all he loved my dogs.

Blake arrived on time and listened to my concerns. He quickly i.d. the problem, which was emergency light beam to stop door closer if someone or something in the path. Dreaded making this call. Thought I would get the token $200+ bill, no matter what. Was given options for repair. $65, $145, or $500+. No pressure. I had just been hit with major auto bills. Nice to be treated with respect rather than assume that I have the bucks to spend. Will be a customer for life and will recommend to all.

Precision was great! Eric, our tech, called first & arrived on time. He explained our two repair alternatives fully, gave us the price & completed the repairs within a 1-1/2 hours. He then explained the workings of a garage door opener so that we, as retirees, could understand. Great Guy! Great Work! Would highly recommend Precision.

Precision did a great job within 24 hours of my contacting them to come out and review our situation. We decided to get new doors because our doors were old and we were aware we needed to replace them. Precision was right on time, did an excellent job at a very fair price.
