Eric attempted to repair existing opener which was only about 3 years old, but was not able to due to electronic board. New unit installed with all moving parts replaced. $999.98. Hopefully Precision will stand by the warranty to avoid future expensive repair costs. Again the consumer must rely on the honesty and integrity of the service provider. Eric was courteous, explained everything in detail and I believe did a good job. He represents your company well.

Had an issue with our door and used the "Chat Now" to explain our situation and scheduled an appointment that turned out to be later that afternoon... Within 15 minutes, Dylan (Tech) called and said he had a cancellation and asked if he could come now. He came shortly thereafter, identified the issue, fixed it and re-lubed up everything. So, within an hour of my text conversation, my door was fixed... WOW! Great prompt customer service, not only with the "Chat Now" person but with Dylan. Took me longer to get a pizza delivered last weekend than it did to schedule and fix my garage door....Totally impressed and grateful!

Great service. Technician (Nick) called during the time he was scheduled, told us when he would be here and arrived as stated. He did a thorough inspection of our very old door and opener. Replaced the springs and cables and finished in good time. Nick did a super job for us. Highly recommend.

Garage door would not open Friday evening as we were leaving for an evening out......could not open manually, either. Called our original installer from several years ago, but closed for weekend. Looked online....saw several excellent customer reviews for Precision.....called you folks, provided information to a very nice lady, and was told a technician would be here within 3 hours........in actuality, tech. was here in less than an hour....problem quickly diagnosed, parts replaced, and we were back in service in about 90 minutes. Kevin, our technician, was excellent! Certainly would recommend you folks to others!

Scott, Your guys were awesome today! I called originally for a faulty sensor because I am selling my house. They fixed that and then replaced a hinge that had come loose. Since my motor was 15 years old, I asked them what my options were and they explained the 3 to me. I asked them to install the 10 yr warranty level and they did so very quickly. I was very pleased with the result and the quality of the installation. I really enjoy the significantly reduced noise level and the new key pad outside. l also appreciate the message prior to their arrival. I am happy to recommend your company to anyone in need of any of your services. Thank you!!!

I called Precision Door at 1:15 PM, Friday, July 3, an observed holiday for most businesses. By 3:15 PM that day, they had arrived, replaced the spring, plus a few other parts, and departed.
