Called on Sunday and received polite service and estimate on the phone to replace a broken garage door spring. Was able to make my selection of appointment times for Monday and was provided with the name of Andrew, the assigned technician. Andrew arrived promptly at the beginning of the two-hour window, reviewed the garage door and confirmed the estimate. He was soooo polite. GREAT experience... THANK YOU!

First...there are many ads that say Overhead Garage Door...be sure you call Precision Door Service! We needed a quick repair when our garage door spring broke on 12/16 and we are so glad we called them! I called around 8:20 am, quickly received an email with appointment confirmation as well as pictures and backgrounds of their technicians. What a great idea! Eric arrived within an hour and quickly installed a new spring. A very nice and knowledgeable young man, he patiently answered all of my many questions about installing a new door. Excellent customer service and high quality products!

Charlie was great. That's why I gave the 4 stars. Unfortunately, most everything he did I could have done with a bit of help over the phone. The touch pad needs batteries. I need to go buy those and install them. The door needed WD-40. I could have done that if you had walked me through it or suggested it before hand. I could have saved Charlie a visit and me $65. I am widowed and am on a fixed budget. This is one of many things not working right now and I am a bit overwhelmed with it all. Sorry , I am just venting a bit. I appreciate your help in the past. In the future if we can problem solve any issue that I might be able to correct, please give me that chance. Thanks.
