We had used Precision in the past, but chose it this time partly because of Angie's list and the 5% discount. We needed a repair on our existing system, but after talking to Blake, our service technician, we decided on changing everything but the garage door. His sales pitch included telling us that we should change everything for our 'peace of mind' since the entire system (whereas he listed the motor, springs, cables, drums, sensors, drive, rollers, and even the service calls. The only things he did not list were the remotes and keypad) as having a life-time warranty. We were promised anything short of driving the car through the door would be covered free of charge (his words). He went over that with both me and my husband separately, telling each of us the same thing. While he was pleasant, professional, and did a good job, we found out once we received the emailed documents that what he told us was not true. Only the motor is covered by a life-time warranty. When I asked about the 5% Angie list discount, Blake explained he couldn't 'stack' discounts since we were getting a break on the cost with a package deal for the entire system. So, we did not get our discount. There was also an issue with clean up, which after I complained, Blake did call and apologize.

Our garage door wouldn't go down and Blake diagnosed it as a sensor problem. He found that the track was slightly bent and that was causing the problem. Precidion Door always does a good job. I also like the fact that you notified me of who would be coming to my door--very helpful.

The spring on our garage door broke on a Saturday night when my wife and I went to back the car out. Sunday morning we went on line to see if anyone serviced garage doors on Sunday,to my surprise Precision Garage did. What is a nice surprise is I chatted write away with Jacob a tech. After chatting with him for a few minutes he let me know that he would be out in just a couple of hours. Needless to say he was out within a half hour and was extremely polite and explained everything. About another half an hour he was finished, and the door has not worked that well in a very long time and was extremely quite. Precision knows what customer service is and definitely shows it in a lot of ways. I will always use them in the future.

GREAT GUY. CAME OUT WAS ON TIME CALLED AHEAD AND NEW HIS JOB WELL. GOT THE JOB DONE IN 45 MIN. PREVIOUS COMPANY CHARGED ALOT AND DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM, MADE IT WORSE AND WANTED TO SELL US NEW DOOR OPENER FOR $900.00 AND IN 15 MIN WITH MY HUSBAND SAYING NO SAID OH I CAN BRING IT DOWN TO $700.00!
