The technician - William Shank was very professional and did all the work perfectly. I had a very old Garage Door opener that simply died. The tech had never seen one that old. So he had a bit more adjustments. I am amazed at how smooth and quiet this new garage door opener is. I really like the lock feature on the pad by the door. Excellent job and I would recommend Precision Garage Door products and Precision Garage Door of Florida.

I was most impressed with the way my initial call was handled - very courteous and professional. I appreciated getting an email notification of my appointment time that included information on the service technician was would come to my house. Charlie was very helpful and knowledgeable about the problem with my garage door opener. I chose to have him install a new one which he did in the time he said it would take. Afterwards he helped program the keypad and the opener in my car. I was very pleased with the results and will recommend Precision to others.

This was a return call just to adjust and lubricate the Precision system four years after installation. The original installation was so impressive - prompt, efficient, professional and reasonable that I would not have considered another company. My service tech, Luis, was great. I asked about my original tech, Ryan. "Was he still with the comany." I was told he is now a manager. Good people staying witha good company.

Another company finally showed up to give me an estimate, and it was substantially higher. I got a wind-rated door and expert installation for a very fair price. 5 stars all the way around.

Van and James arrived right on time and were very helpful in assessing the problems with our present door. We concluded that the best solution was a new door. They showed us a range of options as to the levels of quality availabe as well as design and color options for a new door. They helped us make our decision, but at no time did we feel pressure. A problem with our garage door opener occured after a power outage in our area. Charlie came out and explained that this sometimes happens. The technician Van Babcock was on time and serviced my old, creaking garage door, replacing the parts included in the service and quoted a fair price on other needed parts. He replaced the spring and center bearing. I also purchased a keypad. Ryan was fast and efficient. Courteous and friendly. You have a very customer friendly website. Also it was nice you provided the names, photo's and bio for each of your technicians. We knew who was coming and when. Excellent for security.

Here I was at 9:30 at night with a garage door that broke most of the rollers and some hinges. Half hanging and ready to fall at any moment.I actually called these people to set up an appointment for first thing in the morning and could not believe it when they said they would be at my house within 2 hours. I got the door fixed and the bill was very fair. These people are the best.
