5 star service. They were the ONLY company that called me back on time, gave me a prompt and fair estimate, and came out on the day they said to do the installation (new door needed). Another company finally showed up to give me an estimate, and it was substantially higher. I got a wind-rated door and expert installation for a very fair price. 5 stars all the way around.

Van and James arrived right on time and were very helpful in assessing the problems with our present door. We concluded that the best solution was a new door. They showed us a range of options as to the levels of quality availabe as well as design and color options for a new door. They helped us make our decision, but at no time did we feel pressure. I hope they will be the ones to do the installation.

A problem with our garage door opener occured after a power outage in our area. Charlie came out and explained that this sometimes happens. He re-programmed the settings and then made sure that the door worked properly. Charlie was very professional and personable. Precision should be very proud of him. Purchased the deal on Angies list and within minutes Precision called and scheduled an appointment. The technician Van Babcock was on time and serviced my old, creaking garage door, replacing the parts included in the service and quoted a fair price on other needed parts. My garage was so bad I thought I needed a whole new door, but it is like new now and I saved a lot of money. I will definately recommend Precision to all my friends and neighbors.

Purchased Angie's list Garage Door Tun-Up and Silencing Package. Informed Ryan door needed adjusting. Ryan adjusted door - good job. He also demonstrated my door was not balanced. He replaced the spring and center bearing. I also purchased a keypad. Ryan was fast and efficient. Courteous and friendly. You have a very customer friendly website. Also it was nice you provided the names, photo's and bio for each of your technicians. We knew who was coming and when. Excellent for security.

Here I was at 9:30 at night with a garage door that broke most of the rollers and some hinges. Half hanging and ready to fall at any moment.I actually called these people to set up an appointment for first thing in the morning and could not believe it when they said they would be at my house within 2 hours. I got the door fixed and the bill was very fair. These people are the best.

Charlie did a great job. On the first day, He gave a fair estimate and on the very next day was able to remove the 30 year old 16 ft. door and replace with a new door and opener, and installed another new opener on my second garage within 5 hours.1st class service.
