Great service! The Technician showed up on time, very quickly assessed the problem, and completed the adjustments within his original estimate. Both doors were tested, inspected for any current, or potential issues, and the rollers and hinges were lubricated. My garage door would come down to close and than go back up. A service man came out and made an assessment of the problem. It was decided that I would need a new door.They called the next day and said they could be at the house early if that was okay with me. They arrived and went right to work and had it done in no time at all.The young men were courteous and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and took all the trash and old door with them. I would recommend them to anyone.

Previous experience with Garage door Compainies left me dismayed. Last night I go thome late and my garage door would not close. I called a "different company" that you would find under "Maitland Garage Door Repair" and it was late. The lady I spoke with took my information and told me that the Service man who had been here 2 times in the past month and this visit would make it 3 times in the last month. I waited and waited and waited and no one showed up. I tried to call and see what was going on? And each time I called, the person who takes the calls would hand up before she even said one word. All I can say is they were the most unprofessional service people I had ever had an experience with. Then this morning I called Precision Garage Door Company and they were like a breath of fresh air compared to the on men I had worked with prior to Precision Coming. Precision showed up exactly on time and he was so helpful, very polite and made good common sense suggestions. Luis Soto was the ultimate professional. I liked them so much, I put them on my speed dial on my phone. Thank you, Precision Garage Door Pompany.

We got a quote a year ago and just did not get around to getting the new garage door. Precision honored my quote and Andrew the sales guy was super. I had him come back out just to make sure I understood everything and so he could make sure the quote included all that I wanted. He did not try to talk me into things I did not need. He was very personable. The installers were super and did a great job. Family was over and they all said the new door makes the house look like it was painted. My old door looked pretty beat up and made the house look unkept. Never thought a garage door affected the look of the rest of the house, but then again, it is a large door. I had a problem with the door opening and closing and called the office (around 6:00) and while they were getting the guy who installed the door on the phone, I figured out that I was blocking the little eye on the bottom of the door and then it worked. However, they would have come out and solved my problem. Top notch group of people and I would recommend Precision to anyone wanting a new garage door.

The product was a Linear belt driven system, new springs, rollers, etc. My technician Van was on time (a rarity these days), courteous, precise, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to answer my questions. The system itself is performing nicely. It is smooth and surprisingly very very quiet.

Solid well laid out recommendations provided by William was given upon inspection, which he delivered in a non pressured manner. I was satisfied with the pricing quoted, and approved the repairs. The garage door which required new springs works better now than when it was installed brand new a few years back. I have no doubt this repair will last much longer than the original installation.
