A problem with our garage door opener occured after a power outage in our area. Charlie came out and explained that this sometimes happens. He re-programmed the settings and then made sure that the door worked properly. Charlie was very professional and personable. Precision should be very proud of him. He is definitely an asset to your company. Thank you Charlie for excellent service!

Purchased the deal on Angies list and within minutes Precision called and scheduled an appointment. The technician Van Babcock was on time and serviced my old, creaking garage door, replacing the parts included in the service and quoted a fair price on other needed parts. My garage was so bad I thought I needed a whole new door, but it is like new now and I saved a lot of money. I will definately recommend Precision to all my friends and neighbors.

Purchased Angie's list Garage Door Tun-Up and Silencing Package. Informed Ryan door needed adjusting. Ryan adjusted door - good job. He also demonstrated my door was not balanced. He replaced the spring and center bearing. I also purchased a keypad. Ryan was fast and efficient. Courteous and friendly. You have a very customer friendly website. Also it was nice you provided the names, photo's and bio for each of your technicians. We knew who was coming and when. Excellent for security.

Here I was at 9:30 at night with a garage door that broke most of the rollers and some hinges. Half hanging and ready to fall at any moment.I actually called these people to set up an appointment for first thing in the morning and could not believe it when they said they would be at my house within 2 hours. I got the door fixed and the bill was very fair. These people are the best.

The technician arrived according to schedule. He was very courteous and within a short time, had my door repaired! I really like that they sent me an email with the technician's picture so I knew to open the door. I would recommend Precision to everyone and when I need any other repair for the door, I will definitely contact them.

Did a good and thorough job. Wish the expense had been less as I wasn't planning on the cost, but that's the way it goes. Thanks for responding so quickly.

Bill arrived early in the time slot which was appreciated (being a Sunday evening!). He was very knowledgeable and that showed in his quality of work. He took the time to explain what he was done and provided an estimate of the cost. He listened and then went to work. Shortly after that he had the garage door fixed and sounding good as new. Thanks Bill!

After setting a very convenient date and time with your office, Mike Tindall arrived on time with an outstanding attitude to solve our concern. Within a half hour, Mike very pleasantly briefed me on his work, I made a check and my day just "got better." Thank you Precision Door for all your good employees and tremendous attitudes.
