I am totally satisfied with the service I received. I had scheduled several appiontments for estimates to replace broken spring and for replacing doors at two locations. Percision was the second company to come out. After talking with my technician Ryan Summers I decided to have Percision replace my springs. Mr. Summers appeared to be very knownledgable with their products and with repair procedures. He took the time to explain what needed to be done to repair my door, what were my options and warranty coverage. Mr. Summers was very courteous and professional. I will not be able to replace doors at this time but when I do decide to replace them Precision Door Service will be my choice. Keep up the good work!

The technician arrived according to schedule. He was very courteous and within a short time, had my door repaired! I really like that they sent me an email with the technician's picture so I knew to open the door.
