The call was to correct an install problem from a door you put in 3 years ago. I called late on Friday afternoon and you had a service tech at my house the next morning at 8:00 AM. I am, indeed, impressed with such fast customer service. Problem was corrected promptly and the technician, Dylan was courteous and knowledgeable. Charlie did a good job of explaining the various repair options for my broken cable which included updating all of my rollers, cables, installing safety cables on the existing springs...after the initial price shock of upgrading everything, we settled on the cable repair without any hard sales and Charlie took care of everything quickly and professionally! Called about 9:30 AM. New opener was completely installed by about 11:30 AM. Prompt response. Courteous and knowledgeable employee. Determined cause, explained issue and made recommendations on different repairs. Chose new opener. Would call again.
