This company is the best by far! They came out 30 minutes after i called on a friday night. The tech Blake was great, very knowledgable and honest with what he was doing. tdech was great that installed door opener. within a day or 2 opener failed. things happen beyond people's control. called to talk to a supervisor, told I would be contacted within a few hours. no call back so I called back again. phone person was not helpful at all, in fact I thought was rude. Long story short, no sup ever called me back, phone rep was rude to my wife when she called to try to get opener fixed. new tech came out and was excellent just like the 1st tech. Door opener was replaced and all is well. bottom line is your phone service people suck. your techs are really good. would not recommend your company due to your phone reps.

My service technician was William and although my problem was not a big one he was able to repair my door the best it could be repaired. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and courteous. I would definitely recommend. I called at 10:30 and by 11:15 Kevin, their service tech was knocking on my door. Amazing!! He gave me several options to fix my door and explained the value in all. My spring had broke and he informed me that the cable and rollers were worn out also. The door is over 15yrs old so I replaced cable rollers and spring for a very reasonable price. Kevin was very professional and was done by 1:30. I was surprised at how quiet the new rollers were and I'm very happy with Precision. Thanx

I have used Precision Door service several times over the years and have been very satified. The technicians are always courteous and have a professional look by wearing uniforms that are pressed and clean. Blake today replaced our garage door opener and was knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know. I also like the fact they drove clean trucks that looked like they were well maintained. The company also follows up with a confirmation email. I would highly recommend this garage door company. Everything from my first call to Blake leaving was excellant!

Our garage door and opener are 5 years old and until a little glitch in the opener mechanism, they have been reliable, quiet and still quite attractive for metal. Opener didn't close door this morning and so I called you. As often happens, the opening mechanism started to function--after much button pushing, etc. But still, Jonathan came out and inspected everything and even installed a balky light cover for the opener. Our garage door stopped operating on a Sunday which prompted a call to the president of our Homeowner's Association the telephone number of the company that recently installed new garage doors in our neighborhood. I called late afternoon on SUNDAY and by mid-morning the next day, Andrew came to solve the problem which was really just to get a new lower panel for the door and a little work on the door frame. My husband and I also decided to get a new motor, key pad and remote controls while he was doing work on the door and within 24 hours everything was completed perfectly. Andrew took his time to explain the operation and warranties to us and was just so kind and professional! It's all about customer service these days and I can't recommend Precision enough. I have already let the President of our Association know that I highly recommend Precision if anyone in our neighborhood has a problem. Your company is lucky to have such a competent employee.

My old garage door was inspected by Bill Roberts on Friday and my new install was done on Tuesday by Charlie Merino. Both were excellent. We had been having issues with our opener and then one of the springs broke so we were due for repairs. I called on Sunday night to have someone come out the next day and true to their advertisements, I spoke to a live person to make the appointment and get all my questions answered. The next day, the service person arrived, was very professional and helped me to finalize my decisions on what needed to be replaced. I was very pleased with everything: the work done, the new opener (super quiet), and the lifetime warranty.

Both Blake & Andrew were very professional, polite, helpful and extremely hard working you men. I couldn't believe that they "kept their Cool" even in this 90+ degree Florida heat! Blake had to return twice because he had accidently picked up the wrong size belt...
