I had a lifetime warranty on my opener from 2004. When it broke I referred to my original receipt for service. Jonathan Gonzalez was very very friendly and professional and most importantly, he called when he was on his way. He did a fine job and I will surely use Precision in the future.

precision door sent a relatively new employee to replace the springs on my door. The door did not operate smoothly.I called,they sent an experienced man to work on the door. It operates perfectly now. Scott said the tech would not leave until the door was perfectly repaired.It took some time, but all is well.They kept their word. I am satisfied.

Both Blake & Andrew were very professional, polite, helpful and extremely hard working you men. I couldn't believe that they "kept their Cool" even in this 90+ degree Florida heat! Blake had to return twice because he had accidently picked up the wrong size belt... Andrew was working late into the evening and put a new set of springs on and made sure the garage door was balanced. He even helped us reprogram our openers. Thanks so much!

Today Precision Garage Door installed a new door and all the needed hardware after my garage was hit by a car. The installer was Charlie Merino and he was very professional, neat and friendly. He did a great job and I would recommend Precision Door to anyone in need of a new door or just repairs. I felt their pricing was very fair for the amount of work they had to do.

When we had a problem with our 20 year old garage door coming off it's track and broken opener I researched local companies for service. Charlie came out and explained all of our options. I appreciated that he did not try to "sell" us anything. With the options in hand we decided to replace our entire door system with a better model and opener. The price was reasonable compared to just replacing the hardware and opener. They were able to complete the project the next day. Charlie was efficient and did an excellent job with the installation. When finished he cleaned everything up and explained how the new opener worked. Given that I only had the web recommendations for Precision I wasn't entirely sure about how this would turn out, but I was extremely pleased with the workmanship, professionalism, and friendliness of Charlie.

A very professional team came to the house. A courtesy call was made (as requested) letting us know they were on their way. They installed new springs and were finished within 40 minutes or so. He did point out that the rollers will need to be replaced, and when we are ready to have that done we will definitely be calling your company back out. Service from all employees was exceptional. My garage door broke in the morning and a technician was at my home later that same day in the afternoon. The technician was polite and explained all work that was done. Within 2 hours the springs and other worn out parts were replaced. My garage door is so quiet now, I can hardly hear it. This company is very impressive.

Jonathan is an excellent technician. He was prompt, did a comprehensive safety check and diagnosed the problems. I was given the options and costs for repairs. He explained the repair process and even told me how many trips to his truck he would have to make. He did a great job. Purchased replacement garage door opener, "Precision Garage Door Opener Model PDS800" to replace worn out LiftMaster that was in place since 2005. The new Precision PDS800, out of the box, did not function properly (tech had problem programming). Thus, another 'new' out-of-the box unit was installed. Product is "Made in China". I would urge Precision to sell, to maximum extent possible, "Made in America" products (where available). Tech was knowledgeable and responded well to my questions. Major issue is that there was no specification sheet to accompany new opener. I would like to know what the new unit horsepower rating is, and more about the product purchased under the name of "Precision"

My wife and I had sudden trouble with all our remotes and keypad. We suspected a short in our system, and called Precision. Jonathon showed up the next day on time, evaluated our current opener, suggested a replacement opener, and completed the install in the estimated time (2 hours). He was terrific, and he did a nice job explaning the features and cleaning up after his install. I would recommend Jonathon to anyone with a garage door problem.

After looking at my old garage door opener (Craftsman), Blake informed me that I would need a new one because it wouldn't be worthwhile to fix my old one. I asked and he informed me about the Precision garage door opener and it's lifetime warranty. I spent more than I planned but the lifetime warranty sold me. Blake also advised me of other options (up selling) that were available to to make my garage door operate better. I was completely satisfied with the service and Blake is an example to his peers and the company.

Mr. May was on time, clean cut, shaven and in a company shirt. After his assessment he presented us several options to repair the door and ensure continued good service. No high pressure sales. I'm very impressed with Precision Garage Doors. I called yesterday, they sent out a person to measure, and today Charlie did an excellent job putting in the new garage door. He was quick, cleaned up and was on his way. I'm also impressed that on there website they show a picture of the technician that will be coming to your house so I knew who he was when he knocked on my door. Very Professional. Andrew assessed our situation and explained our existing issues. We both agreed that it was time for a new door. He told me Eric would be there the next day for that.
