When a new garage door opener was needed I called Precision for estimates. I was impressed that I was given a print out comparing my three options. Having a hard copy with specifics made my decision easier. What "blew me away" was that Precision honored the guarantee from work that had been done years ago! The technician was delightful and professional in every way. He made certain I understood the special features of the new system both showing me and answering my questions. Now that I'm considering a new garage door I returned to Precision for an estimate. I appreciated Joy alerting me of an unanticipated delay and notifying me about her exact arrival time. Again, I received courteous service with a print out of the specifics. I like this very much! Needless to say, based on our many years of service with Precision they shall remain our company of choice -- definitely FIVE STARS!

A service tech was able to come the same day I called. The scheduler I spoke with was very courteous & quickly made an appointment for me. The tech called first to let me know he was coming. When he came he immediately fixed the problem explaining what he had done. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that due to the hurricane Bill decided in all fairness to discount the repair. The tech was very friendly exhibiting a professional manner & well qualified. I will definitely continue to use Precision & to recommend its services.

Time of arrival was perfect. The person was knowledgable . But I think it is manufacture's fault - The cord that helps to operate the door manually is broken. And there is no way to fix that except buying a new set of door!! Something need be done

I called today and was not sure what was wrong with my door. The office had a tech call me. When the problem couldn't be solved on the phone I called the office and within an hour I had Nick out here to fix my door. Awesome customer service!

Steve replaced the light bulb, pushed a little button, replaced a nut, re-programmed our car devices and politely did not laugh at us!
