William did a great job upgrading our 16 year old door opener, springs, rollers, etc. to a new belt drive system. I would have never believed a garage door could be so smooth and quiet. He was quick and efficient and cleaned up after the job was completed. I decided to get all the recommended services because safety, security and peace of mind are of greater value then price alone. Also same day service is a huge plus over the big box stores, where you have to wait until the installer calls you back.

Actually I had a problem with Precision a couple of months ago wherein I was not happy with the way you did business but it was completely resolved by Ryan Homan. Ryan told me rather than lose me as a customer he would hope that I would consider giving Precision my business in the future. Smart move on Ryan's part because that's exactly what I did. I had called 3 other places, two of which I am familiar with but upon calling (Saturday 8am) I got their answering message saying that they are CLOSED weekends. Luis arrived on time and performed a maintenance check as I asked. The garage door had not been serviced since 2005. He said the door springs still looked good but suggested replacing the steel rollers with nylon rollers. He adjusted the springs for balance so the opener did not have to work so hard lifting the door and lubricated all moving parts. The door runs quieter than it did. I'm sure getting the opener serviced will make it last longer. Thanks Luis.

SUNDAY MORNING I TRIED TO OPEN OUR GARAGE AND COULD NOT OPEN IT. IT WOULD ONLY RISE 1/2 WAY UP, LEAVING US WITH NO CAR AVAILABLE. I CALLED PRECISION AND THEY ARRIVED WITHIN 2 HOURS.
