SUNDAY MORNING I TRIED TO OPEN OUR GARAGE AND COULD NOT OPEN IT. IT WOULD ONLY RISE 1/2 WAY UP, LEAVING US WITH NO CAR AVAILABLE. I CALLED PRECISION AND THEY ARRIVED WITHIN 2 HOURS. THE TECHNICIAN KNEW RIGHT AWAY WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND TOOK CARE OF IT (ROLLERS). THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR SUNDAY MORE BEARABLE. HE WAS INFORMATIVE AND PROFESSIONAL. I originally signed up for a garage door tuneup, but the door opener stopped working the next day. Luis came out and explained that the door was too heavy for the springs and the trolley for the screw drive was broken. He repaired everything and installed new nylon rollers. Everything works great now. I appreciate Luis coming out on Christmas Eve. Thanks for all the great repairs.

Thank you for having a human answer your phone on a Sunday when I damaged our garage door. Van showed up early Monday AM as scheduled, gave my husband and me options. We decided to repair the door. Van got to work replacing springs, rollers, railings, straightening the door, greasing everything. The door looked like new when Van was finished. First off the customer service was great when making my appointment. She advised when the technician would show up and the technician called 30 min later and said he could arrive earlier than scheduled which was great. Ryan arrived at my resident and observed my garage door spring which needed replaced. He asked questions reference the age and usage of the door. He explained the cause and what he recommended.There was No added pressure. His recommendations were considered and I felt very comfortable with his explanations and recommendation reference the repairs. Ryan was very professional and down to earth guy. While he repaired my garage door springs and track wheels we talked about everything from work to recreational hobbies. I've had numerous technicians come to my house reference cable, lawn, pool etc....and very dissapointed, your always cautious who you let in your house. Ryan was awesome and my wife and I are very satisfied with the workmanship. I'll defiantly recommend your company to a friend or family.

Precision was four hours late in beginning the job. The appt. was for 0900. I called at 0915 and was told that the tech had called in sick. Not my problem. I mentioned that my time was valuable too. The young lady on the phone said that she would take $100 off the estimate price and have someone there by 1:00 PM. To this I agreed. The tech showed up a few minutes early. He and another guy finished the job in under three hours. They did a good job. But, the tech said he would have to do cut the trim at the shop. And would install the trim on Friday. He said I would not have to be there for the installation. The liner at the bottom of the garage door was pinched in three places and light came in when the garage was closed. Your tech said it would work itself out, I hope so.

We arrived home on Friday night to find our garage door wouldn't open. Thinking it was a problem with our remote, I went to the house to open it but it wouldn't budge. I then disconnected the door from the opener to open the garage door manually, to find that it was WAY heavier than it normally would be. I looked up to find that one the springs was snapped in two. Uh oh. Looked at several local companies online and was impressed by the information on this web site, including details (and reviews) on all of their technicians as well as the video on garage door springs. Waiting until the next morning, and called the local number at around 7:30 AM. Spoke to nice person who said there were many different time spots available that day, including 10 AM to 12 PM which I selected. After the scheduling call I received a confirmation e-mail that even included the name, picture, and link to the bio of our technician, Charlie. Charlie called once he was on the way and was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and down to earth. He took a look at our situation and gave us several options, from what it would take to fix the problem at a bare level to some other preventative work we could have done at the same time to help prevent a similar situation in the future. In the end we chose a middle-of-the-road approach. Charlie finished the entire job and was on his way by 11:30 AM, which to me was amazing that it was done on a Saturday in the same morning. We were honestly expecting to have to deal with a non-opening garage door until Sunday or some time during the week when a technician could come out, but instead our problem is now fixed and were able to keep our weekend plans.

On Dec 1 Precision was out to replace the springs on our garage door. The entire process was effortless. One call and everything was done. This morning the door went up and there was a loud pop. I looked and saw the cables were not tight. I called the number expecting to get an appt for Mon or Tues but they gave me an appt in less than 2 hours. The technician Kalip called and said he would be there. He was early!! After inspection he determined one of the new springs had failed and he went about replacing all the parts. I can not even remember the last time I received such expedient and professional service. Scott, your guys are the best!!
