Garage door opener stopped working on Saturday night. Called Precision on Sunday morning. They were able to get tech out on the same day. I went with a new opener instead of having a 16 year old unit repaired. I had new rollers installed too. My garage door has never been this quite. The tech couldn't have been more professional. I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs work done on their garage door.

Technician, "Billy", inspected all aspects of the garage door. He activated the remotes for the garage and for the car. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The only thing I would recommend is to carry extra batteries. I had to go out and buy batteries for my old remotes. Your assistance was very appreciated, Billy. Thanks.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Our springs broke on our garage door opener on a Friday at 5p.m. I called your office and was scheduled for Saturday between 12-4. I then called back to ask a question about closing the door and was told you could schedule an emergency appt The same evening between 8-11 p.m. If I wanted. I was so happy as my door would not close all the way. I received a call from Jesse at 7:45 and he said he would arrive in about 45 minutes. Jesse arrived at approximately 8:30 and was extremely polite. the springs had broken and needed replacement. Jesse checked all parts to be sure everything was in proper working order. I can't tell you how impressed we were with him. Polite, friendly and extremely competent and efficient! I would definitely recommend your company and Jesse to everyone! Thank you Jesse for your excellent service!

Outstanding customer service and repair!!! My wife found Precision Door Service and I called this morning, the assistant told me they will come today between 11:00 – 2:00 pm , The service tech called around 9:45 am and told me his ETA to my house is 10:30 am he was there way earlier than expected, which to me it is always a good sign of great and serious company. Kevin did outstanding job, he gave me a broad explanation on the repairs.

Explained everything he was going to do and reassured me that our lifetime warranty would cover everything except the service call. No extra charge for Saturday service. Replaced both springs. My husband and I had a crazy awful garage door prior to the work of precision! This door literally had a mind of it's own. Whenever we would close it, it would pop back open numerous times. In addition, the door was very loud and difficult to manually open. This company came out upon receiving our call and fixed our door! Great service and a working door!

The tune up service and roller replacement work was completed in a timely and professional manner. This was the second time I've used Precision. The first experience I had with them was at a previous residence a few years ago. Each time I had Precision at my home I received professional and courteous service which, unfortunately, seems to be absent from many businesses today. Technician Nick Mcadory was on time, answered all my questions, worked diligently to finish the job as efficiently as possible, and I had no concerns about leaving him in my garage unattended. I will definitely call Precision with any future garage door related needs.
