I am completely satisfied with the service provided. Dylan May, the technician, was on time. He even called ahead before he got here. The tune up service and roller replacement work was completed in a timely and professional manner. He showed me what he did, provided appropriate explanations and gave tips on any possible future issues that could arise. Dylan May was dressed in a company uniform. His work and demeanor was professional and his work was done right the first time. I will use Precision Overhead Garage Door Service Company in the future. He and the company earn a 5 Star.

This was the second time I've used Precision. The first experience I had with them was at a previous residence a few years ago. Each time I had Precision at my home I received professional and courteous service which, unfortunately, seems to be absent from many businesses today. Technician Nick Mcadory was on time, answered all my questions, worked diligently to finish the job as efficiently as possible, and I had no concerns about leaving him in my garage unattended. I will definitely call Precision with any future garage door related needs.

My technician, Blake, showed promptly, explained what needed to be done and executed the work flawlessly. The third time I've called them in the 10 years I've owned my home. Their response time is incredible...all three times they arrived within a few hours of my call and always on the same day. The technicians are knowledgeable, quick and explain what they are doing and your repair options. Prices are reasonable and the warranties first rate. Unheard of service in this day and age....

I am very pleased with the service and quality product I received from Precision Garage Door Service - from the Customer Service Rep. on the phone, to Kevin, the Technician. Kevin was very knowledgeable, polite, helpful, professional and an all around nice guy with a great sense of humor. Precision offers multiple garage door options and Kevin's experience and "good eye" to recommend what style garage door windows would flow best with the design of my home and its existing windows worked perfectly. I ordered the $109 tune-up special, even before the Tech, Dylan went over all of the items necessary to bring my garage door up-to-date I knew most of what I needed that would go beyond my financial expectations. I felt that Dylan was thoroughly knowledgable, friendly and informative. He was the reason I decided to get the full package to update my noisy, old garage door mechanisms.
