Called for a quote this morning Nick was at the house within the hour. the garage door springs were broken and needed to be replaced. Nick assessed all the parts and operation of the garage door and the opener and gave me excellent advice and information. I have a a background in many areas and found his advice to be spot on. I had several estimates and ended up getting better springs, cable adjustment, customer service and price than all the others, including the original garage door sales and installation company. I heartily recommend Precision and Nick to anyone.

Professional and timely service. Have used Precision twice now and they do excellent work and discuss price options. Also like that they are focused on safety and check all parts of the garage door for problems and potential problems. I called Precision when my garage door wouldn't go all of the way up. The representatives at Precision were very professional. They answered my questions over the phone and sent me an appointment confirmation via email. When the Tech, whose name is Blake, was about 30 minutes out, he called to let me know he was on his way. It turned out that a major spring above the Garage Door broke. I didn't anticipate this expense so he offered me a very reasonable price for his services. Also, when we found a better price online, he called his supervisor and they elected to match the price. He was great, very professional, very efficient, very knowledgeable in answering my questions and my husband's questions, and he made us feel completely at ease. The service was completed that same day and in a timely manner. The Garage Door works wonderfully, in fact, it is the quietest is has ever been! Precision and their Technician Blake are hands down, the best!

The technician looked at the problem and listened to my opinion! He did what I asked him to do and the problem was solved... He made recommendations, but I elected to postpone his proposal, since the garage door works well after he adopted my opinion.
