This was the second time I've used Precision. The first experience I had with them was at a previous residence a few years ago. Each time I had Precision at my home I received professional and courteous service which, unfortunately, seems to be absent from many businesses today. Technician Nick Mcadory was on time, answered all my questions, worked diligently to finish the job as efficiently as possible, and I had no concerns about leaving him in my garage unattended. I will definitely call Precision with any future garage door related needs.

The third time I've called them in the 10 years I've owned my home. Their response time is incredible...all three times they arrived within a few hours of my call and always on the same day. The service was performed quickly and with no bother to us, and of course, suggested replacement of the parts we didn't have services, but wasn't pushy when we deferred the decision to later.
