The third time I've called them in the 10 years I've owned my home. Their response time is incredible...all three times they arrived within a few hours of my call and always on the same day. The technicians are knowledgeable, quick and explain what they are doing and your repair options. Prices are reasonable and the warranties first rate. Unheard of service in this day and age....

Kevin was very knowledgeable, polite, helpful, professional and an all around nice guy with a great sense of humor. I ordered the $109 tune-up special, even before the Tech, Dylan went over all of the items necessary to bring my garage door up-to-date I knew most of what I needed that would go beyond my financial expectations. Precision had high ratings on the site I used to look for this service. Your website very informative. Service man who arrived to look a what repairs were needed was very knowledgeable. Listened to my needs and provided a very accurate estimate. He was very helpful helping me find the best doors for my needs. The person that came to install the doors and motor and electrical, was excellent, efficient friendly and answered questions thoroughly. Product more than met my expectations at a very reasonable price. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone with no reservations. Garage left clean ad neat after completion of the job. I was shown how to operate all the gadgets and installer made sure I understood the operation. I rate Precision a 5 Star operation. Forgot to mention response was quick and timely.

After going with another company for a previous garage door repair and not being totally satisfied, I tried Precision on the advice of my girlfriend who had used them prior to my meeting her. They were everything she said they'd be and more. The technician, Andrew, was spot-on brilliant when it came to garage doors and it was quickly apparent that he cared more than just getting his paycheck. He went out of his way to make sure every component installed performed to his high standards. Blake was at my home early and I was not there. My family called me and he talked to me about my issues and what he thought was the best solution. I gave him the OK to move forward. When I arrived home he greeted me and went over the plan and I was very satisfied with everything he was going to do. Very pleasant and efficient and for all the work he had to do, he was fantastic. When the job was completed he showed me everything that was done and how it works and the quality of the replaced parts. I was very happy with his professionalism and his excellent work. My garage door seems to me working like it is new. I also like the safety features he explained and for his overall work ethic. Hats off to this excellent job and person.

My technician, Blake, showed promptly, explained what needed to be done and executed the work flawlessly.
