If you need any service on your garage doors or openers, Precision is the best. I was offered service the same day, but had to schedule for next day. Luis arrived as promised and within minutes had diagnosed the problem that a previous "technician" from another service could not. Luis repaired all the issues ran all the diagnostics and had my door working flawlessly. Prior to Luis arriving I was sent an email with his name and picture to assure who was arriving to repair my garage door and opener. Professional, courteous, thorough and skilled. Can not recommend Precision high enough. Will most definitely use for all future garage door issues.

Our Garage door would not close this morning and by 2:30 pm Eric was at our home replacing our garage door opener and repairing the door by replacing door rollers. Price was fair, work quality was excellent and tonight we have a Quiet and safe garage door opening with a wall keypad included. Eric even reset my car with the new remote.

I was so frustrated with my garage door I almost drove my car through it to solve it! I had seen one of your trucks the other day and it stuck in my mind. So I called today and 2 hours later Bill showed up and fixed the whole thing in a snap. He saved what was an awful day and was super friendly too! Amazing service!!!!! I wanted to click Bill Roberts name in the Technician List but he's not there. :(

Dylan was professional and very knowledgeable. He explained our garage door problems in layman's terms and helped us find the best solution. He promised the price he quoted was "all-inclusive". I was skeptical, but hoped the add'l service fees and taxes wouldn't be too high. When he finished, I was so thrilled to sign on the "dotted line" for the EXACT amount he quoted. After coming home from church Sunday morning, I realized that my garage door was having problem opening. I went in through the front door to open the garage from the inside, when I realized that one of my springs broke. From the time I called precision to the time the tech arrived at my house was no longer than an hour. I was very pleased because on a Sunday I thought I was gonna have to wait a long time. Dylan was our tech, very knowledgeable very courteous and very pleasant to talk to and ask questions about the job being done. I would definitely recommend precision to anyone. I had the door come loose from the track at 5:30 in the evening. I called the 800 number and told them what had happened. She gave me an appointment of 7:oo to 9:00 that night. The service guys were there and repaired the door by 6:30. They were extremely courteous and professional. I highly reccomend Precision Door.

When our garage door stopped moving naturally we thought the opener was failing. I was suprised because the precision system seemed very efficient. It turned out after roughly 14 years the spring snapped. The repairman was friendly, courteous and gave us a very fair price replacing both springs with a five year warranty!
