When our garage door stopped moving naturally we thought the opener was failing. I was suprised because the precision system seemed very efficient. It turned out after roughly 14 years the spring snapped. The repairman was friendly, courteous and gave us a very fair price replacing both springs with a five year warranty! I can recommend this comapany without reservation.

Luis came on time as scheduled, diagnosed the repair problem, and quickly made the repair on a garage door that wouldn't close. He was very personable and polite. There was no hard sell or pitching of other products and services, just information. That was appreciated. Moreoever the price was quite reasonable. The first company I contacted did not even respond by email or by phone and I'm glad they didn't. If I have any other garage door problems I will definitely use Precision again. Thanks.

The work was servicing the door itself and was a fair price but the services rendered were with more than that. First the tech showed up promptly, was polite, quick and thorough. 2nd he went above and beyond and instructed me how to reprogram the system (Keypad and remotes) and then realigned the sensors for me. He did give me a suggestion to replace the springs but was not pushy at all. He merely made aware of a potential issue and thanked me for my business. He needs a pat on the back, for sure! I found out about this company thru Angies list. I called them about 1.00pm and they schedule a service the same day at 2.30pm. The technician found out what was wrong with the sensors and explained to me everything clear. He resolved the problem and my sensors were fixed. I am very pleased with the service performed by Precision Door Services.

We had just had our door overhauled. A few days later, one of the rollers rolled right off the track. This happened at nearly 5 p.m. on Friday. I figured "That's it, we won't be able to use the door until Monday." I figured I had nothing to lose by calling the company. Wow! The technician arrived 90 minutes later. He made some adjustments. Checked the door a good 10 times to be sure it wouldn't "slip." So polite! My husband and I are so impressed with your employees and the quality of your work!!

We called in around 6:30pm and the receptionist said she could have someone here between 7-9 pm. Kevin Coker called from his previous appointment and let us know very professionally he was running late and would still make the appointed time, but that it would be on the later part. Kevin showed up at 8:50 pm. Inspected the situation and was able to repair the garage door and be finished and on his way before 10pm. Kevin was very professional, friendly, and knowledgable of what needed to be done. We would recommend Pecision Doors to anyone for there services.

I had the door come loose from the track at 5:30 in the evening. I called the 800 number and told them what had happened. She gave me an appointment of 7:oo to 9:00 that night. The service guys were there and repaired the door by 6:30. They were extremely courteous and professional. I highly reccomend Precision Door.
