This is a great company. They come any day...no extra charge....on our last cold night, my garage door wouldn't open....I called at midnight on Saturday, got a live person who scheduled my repair the next day. There was no charge because it was under warranty. In May, a spring was installed but it was too small. I would highly recommend Precision Door.

This visit was the second time I had to call on Precision to fix my garage door opener, for the same problem. Even though I called late on a Saturday afternoon I was scheduled for a technician to make the service call the next day, Sunday. Though I would get service on the weekend the service call rate was the same as if the appointment was Monday thru Friday. The technician identified the problem within the first minute of entering the garage; the coupler on my Genie screw drive opener was "rounded" thereby not engaging the screw. Within 20 minutes the repair was completed with installation of a new coupler.

My garage doors are eleven years old. One of the original springs finally failed. After talking with my technician,john,I decided to have both garage doors rebuilt. John installed new springs,rollers and balanced both doors. John arrived when expected, did a thorough evaluation and provided me with an estimate. He then proceeded to rebuild the doors in an efficient, competent manner.I highly recommend Precision to anyone needing installation or repair of their garage doors.

Bill showed up promptly and looked at my broken spring. He had replacement parts on his truck and quickly replaced the springs and now the garage door works better than ever. Precision Garage Door was recommended. Their web site was informative and provided all the information needed was readily available. The technician arrived when promised and made the repair in about 45 minutes. The work was well done, the mess was cleaned up and the new opener works as expected.
