We chose Precision because of other positive reviews we researched. Kevin Blue was the tech who came out and repaired our door. He came at the promised time and in an identifiable company uniform. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He gave us 3 options and we picked the one that best suited us. No pressure just great-service. We chose to get a full set of replacement wheels. He did a quick and perfect job. The door works fabulously now!

I am impressed! Both work vehicles were locked in after a spring broke and it was after hours. Called 3 other companies, no emergency service. Called Precision and Blake arrived about an hour or so later as predicted by the Company official! He was professional, informative, and friendly. Did the job promptly, explained what he had done, and went on his way. I am impressed!

Technican, Andrew Hecker came today(7/16/14) at my home to repair the garage door because the rollers were slipping off the track. To my surprise he solved the problem by changing 10 rollers and two steel cables in such a short time (say about 15-20 minutes). With such excellent and professional service rendered by him;I'll always have Precision Door Service in future for any of my garage door problems.

From our phone call at 9 am to the installation at 6 pm, the people at Precision Door were wonderful! Blake, our technician gave us a call 30 min before arrival. He was courteous, efficient and extremely knowledgable. He was even approved by all 3 of our dogs! He recommended that we look into a new metal door, but did not pressure us. We did take his recommendation that we replace our unit rather than repair it. With the lifetime warranty, it seemed a no brainer. thank you!!

My son who had work done by Precision at his home recommended your company to me to solve my sluggish and absolutely dreadful noisy garage door operation. Eric Heintz was excellent and did a marvelous job of updating my old door system with new parts (spring, opener, etc.). It now operates efficiently and is so quiet. We are so happy with our door! Dylan did an great job overhauling our currant door and installing our new opener. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. There were so May things I was not aware of and he helped point it out. He was not pushy at all about added repairs that needed to be done, and just offered his professional opinion to help us get the best for our money. Our door is so quiet now when it opens I am shocked! I had no idea they could be that quiet. Thank you so much for doing a wonderful job!

i COULD NOT HAVE MORE PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY PRECISION AND THE TECHNICIAN, DYLAN MAY. FROM THE MOMENT I CALLED UNTIL THE TECHNICIAN LEFT, THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS VERY SEAMLESS. DYLAN WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND PROFESSIONAL. IT IS A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH SOMEONE THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I MADE A MISTAKE BY CALLING ANOTHER COMPANY PRIOR TO CALLING PRECISION AND WAS SO DISGUSTED WITH THE INEXPERIENCE OF THE TECHNICIANS WHO KNEW NOTHING ABOUT PRECISION. Great service and price. I called at about 2:30p on a Monday and they were able to get out and fix my door (a sensor & wiring problem) by 5pm the same day. The rep on the phone was great! My initial window was 3-5pm, but the regional manager or someone called to notify me that it'd be 5-6 , no later than 6. All of their communications and documentation is done electronically and is very thorough. The tech who performed the service was kind, smart, helpful and did a great job. I'd recommend this place again in a heartbeat.
