Very efficient and cleaned work area before leaving. Good job, well done.

We had a spring break on our door, so I sat down and started looking on line for a repair service. While there were plenty to choose from, I felt real at ease when I talked to the agent on the phone. He let me know how much it would cost, when the tech. would be here. Our technicians names were George and Jeremy,they were in and out in no time explained every detail and we couldn't be happier with their service. Will recommend this company to everyone. 4.5 Stars.. for customer service and appointment set up. Only because the day that the appointment was set, had to be changed due to the installer being double booked. 5 stars for Chris Wheaton, the guy who came out both times , once to give me an estimate, and the second time for the install, was awesome. He has a great personality, very friendly and very knowledgeable of the products he installs. I would highly recommend Precision to family and friends in need of garage doors and openers. I actually found out about Precision on the internet. They had a nice professional looking web page so I gave them a call. The technician, Ross came out and gave us a formal estimate. It was determined rather quickly that I needed more than just a quick fix. We decided to go with a new door. We were told it may take a week or so to get everything in order, but the very next day Ross called us up and said everything was in stock and we could get started that day. Ross was very friendly and appeared to be very knowledgeable about the task at hand and would often explain what he was doing during the steps. He also gave me a little history and background of the company. Ross was an excellent tech. and Precision seems like a great company. Give them a call.

It looks like its fixed this time.I asked ross about the lockout wall panel. He told me how it works. that is the problem I was having. I could not open door from outside half of the time. He changed inside wall panel and it works better then it ever did.

I will recommend your company to anbody asking who should they call for a new door. I had other companies give me estimates.. which were lower then yours. One company missed the appointment time by 4 hours, compared to you being on time, which to me is a big item. But what really sold me was your employee, when he gave me the estimate and espcially when he did the installation - did not rush, made sure the job was done right - he didn't have to rush off the next job, maybe that was because of the scheduling - good job! thanks for a job well done
