Precision installed a new garage door about 1 year ago. We kept the motor that was here when we bought the house even though it was 13 years old. We had some problems with the door going up partway and stopping. I called for service and they scheduled us for the next day. Scott arrived in the time given us and gave us a full report of our problem. Within an hour he had a new motor installed and a keypad on the outside of the door. He then explained the main things that I would need to know to operate the opener and keypad. I would recommend Precision to anyone.

Nick was awesome. Arrived on time, figured a power surge hit the panel board of the ancient motor I had. He was able to replace the entire motor, sensors and wheels giving me a silent and smooth running door and for a great price!!! Beyond pleased and definitely recommending them to others!

Initially had a scheduling issue, but thankfully the technician was able to readjust to make the schedule work. I had a 23 year old opener that had began to malfunction when it started getting cool. The Tech (Danny) called me early in the day and kept me up to date on his arrival time (2 thumbs up). Danny was polite and very informative during the inspection of my current system. I already knew I wanted to replace the opener, but he went the extra step in identifying additional safety items that should be taken care of and a few I could do myself. He offered several options that I didn't think about and made sure I was well informed on the pros and cons of each. Due to the age of the system, I took him up on replacing the steel rollers with the much quieter nylon rollers (what a difference that made). Once the installation was completed he went over the opener step by step and ensured everything worked and that I was aware of all the functions and safety features of the new system. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Technician Dylan called and arrived an hour early, he replaced both springs, all rollers, two cables and two reels, all at my request. He was extremely polite and professional and addressed all of my concerns. After he had fully reassembled everything he was not happy about the performance of one of the new springs, something I probably would not have noticed immediately, he replaced that spring with one of a slightly greater length and explained that in order for the door to raise and lower in a balanced manner the spring change was needed. Something I believe a less dedicated tech would have ignored. All of the parts were stamped or marked by the company name and were of a high quality, springs were powder coated. Upon completion he fully tested and lubricated every part. Five Stars!

Did my research before I called Precision. I had a spring break and decided on this company. So glad I did. My tech was Chris W. He came out, did the inspection, gave us options, answered our questions,and went to work. He was fast, efficient and cleaned as he worked. Garage door is quieter than when we bought the house.
