I had an incredible experience with Precision. There was a little "accident" and my door was no longer functional. I called in the morning and had George show up about 45 minutes later. I showed him what was wrong, he provided me all the possible options in a way I could understand them. Customer service from George was great and so was the work he did on my door! The entire process was easy and seamless for me so it made it even better. There was no pressure to upsell like some other companies. Give these guys a call they are friendly and knowledgeable.

My daughter was on site for us and met with Ryan and he found we had a few more troubles than just a broken spring... from a estimated possible $300.00 repair turned into an almost $700.00 repair.
