I called to have my garage door repaired. The service tech Jonathan provided a telephone contact to let me know he would be arriving within 15 minutes. Jonathan was respectful and listened to me in an attentive manner. He completed the repair in a short time and to my complete satisfaction. I would use your company for any future repairs needed. The 24/7 service was extremely important to us. We could not lift the heavy door and one car was inside. We needed it fixed in one day, because we had donated items to be picked up the next day, that were stored in the garage. We called them first thing in the morning and a repairman was here within an hour. He was very courteous and explained what was wrong, the cost, and how long it would take to fix it. We especially liked the lifetime warrantee and certified parts. We also found out they are a nationwide franchise, so we would recommend them in any state.

I chose this company based on urgency and google reviews; however, I was very impressed. I was very impressed by how prompt my call was answered to the actual service itself. Precision Door Service came out and did a complete over hall of our 10 year old garage door system. In this time frame we replaced the spring to the door just a couple years ago and it broke. After speaking with the knowledgeable technician Scott M. that came it, it was discovered that the springs were not heavy enough to support the weight of our garage. Choose to do an overhaul service with lifetime warranty on the parts and labor. Very impressed with the parts used. You can tell right away they are heavy duty Industrial parts built to last. Will reccomend them to every one who needs garage door services or parts. Look forward to working with Scott M. Again when it's time to replace out Garage Door opener machine.

First installation of garage door weather seal didn't fit right according to plan. I called and another tech came out and installed an upgraded weather seal free of charge. That was definitely the ticket as it worked like a charm. Thank you

Your installers were very professional and explained everything. After installation and they were operating door my door opener failed and they had one on the truck. Jacob did a super professional job. We have lived here for 29 years and had various people work on our 18x8 wooden door and my neighbors could tell when it closed....BOOM! The opener quit so I called Precision. Smart move. Jacob gave me several choices. I made my choice of the most complete one. Jacob had made his inspection and went over all the details. My door now doesn't make a sound! When in the manual mode, my wife can move it up or down with one hand. I can't say enough good things about Jacob. When finished with the install, he programed our car remotes and went over everything with both of us.

All is well and done perfectly good. The Technician Jesse Ando comes promptly even earlier than appointment schedule and efficiently knows his job and have the skills to trouble shoot defects or malfunctioning parts of our garage door and give suggestions that is best for whatever concerns of the customer.

The advertising is what initially made me choose precision. Chat scheduling instead of making a phone call was great. Awesome to have certified technicians as well as their photos so you know who will be coming for the service call and at what time. I had a door spring break on a Sunday. I called up Precision Door and they made an appointment for me first thing Monday morning. They quoted me an estimate based on the information I gave them. The service tech Jon called me in advance of the appointment and was right on time. He was professional, courteous was very helpful. The price was exactly as quoted and Jon provided me with me some additional options to consider but was not pushy at all. Based on my experience I would highly recommend them.
