It really calmed me down as I was scheduled to see my doctor regarding a serious personal issue that morning. When the service person came, he exhibited the same efficiency and helpfulness.

The 24/7 service was extremely important to us. We could not lift the heavy door and one car was inside. We needed it fixed in one day, because we had donated items to be picked up the next day, that were stored in the garage. We called them first thing in the morning and a repairman was here within an hour. He was very courteous and explained what was wrong, the cost, and how long it would take to fix it. We especially liked the lifetime warrantee and certified parts. We also found out they are a nationwide franchise, so we would recommend them in any state.

I love my new garage door and opener. Chris who came to my house 2 days ago and made my appointment the next day, was very helpful, professional and gave me all the information I needed. Precision Door Service came out and did a complete over hall of our 10 year old garage door system. In this time frame we replaced the spring to the door just a couple years ago and it broke. After speaking with the knowledgeable technician Scott M. that came it, it was discovered that the springs were not heavy enough to support the weight of our garage. Choose to do an overhaul service with lifetime warranty on the parts and labor. Very impressed with the parts used. You can tell right away they are heavy duty Industrial parts built to last. Will reccomend them to every one who needs garage door services or parts. Look forward to working with Scott M. Again when it's time to replace out Garage Door opener machine.

Jacob did a super professional job. We have lived here for 29 years and had various people work on our 18x8 wooden door and my neighbors could tell when it closed....BOOM! The opener quit so I called Precision. Smart move. Jacob gave me several choices. I made my choice of the most complete one. Jacob had made his inspection and went over all the details. My door now doesn't make a sound! When in the manual mode, my wife can move it up or down with one hand. I can't say enough good things about Jacob. When finished with the install, he programed our car remotes and went over everything with both of us.

Our technician called to advise us of the time we could expect him. He inspected the door and discussed with us all of the problems and what repairs were needed and why. I had a door spring break on a Sunday. I called up Precision Door and they made an appointment for me first thing Monday morning. They quoted me an estimate based on the information I gave them. The service tech Jon called me in advance of the appointment and was right on time. He was professional, courteous was very helpful. The price was exactly as quoted and Jon provided me with me some additional options to consider but was not pushy at all. Based on my experience I would highly recommend them.
