The technician was very professional and courteous. He informed me how he would go about finding out what caused the problem. Once he determined the problem, he gave me options on how I would want to proceed. He explained the choices and the cost. I was happy with his work and the final product. First installation of garage door weather seal didn't fit right according to plan. I called and another tech came out and installed an upgraded weather seal free of charge. That was definitely the ticket as it worked like a charm. Thank you

Your installers were very professional and explained everything. After installation and they were operating door my door opener failed and they had one on the truck. Jacob did a super professional job. We have lived here for 29 years and had various people work on our 18x8 wooden door and my neighbors could tell when it closed....BOOM! The opener quit so I called Precision. Smart move. Jacob gave me several choices. I made my choice of the most complete one. Jacob had made his inspection and went over all the details. My door now doesn't make a sound! When in the manual mode, my wife can move it up or down with one hand. I can't say enough good things about Jacob. When finished with the install, he programed our car remotes and went over everything with both of us.

All is well and done perfectly good. The Technician Jesse Ando comes promptly even earlier than appointment schedule and efficiently knows his job and have the skills to trouble shoot defects or malfunctioning parts of our garage door and give suggestions that is best for whatever concerns of the customer.

The advertising is what initially made me choose precision. Chat scheduling instead of making a phone call was great. Awesome to have certified technicians as well as their photos so you know who will be coming for the service call and at what time. I am a certified general contractor and could have called one of my subcontractors but glad I called Precision instead. Very pleased with everything. Our technician called to advise us of the time we could expect him. He inspected the door and discussed with us all of the problems and what repairs were needed and why. He gave an estimate of costs to which we agreed and then he went to work. After the job was done, he explained to us how everything worked and discussed the warranty. He was great! Professional, courteous and kind. A real gentleman! We had used your services about 8 years ago and this is why we contacted you again. I had a door spring break on a Sunday. I called up Precision Door and they made an appointment for me first thing Monday morning. They quoted me an estimate based on the information I gave them. The service tech Jon called me in advance of the appointment and was right on time. He was professional, courteous was very helpful. The price was exactly as quoted and Jon provided me with me some additional options to consider but was not pushy at all. Based on my experience I would highly recommend them.
