Matt was a super employee and super friendly. We would certainly recommend your company and certainly recommend technician Matt. We replaced the outdoor garage opener keypad and got two new remote controls for our cars, and Matt programmed/synchronized them all alike. He also lubricated the door opener mechanism itself.

Again, I utilized your services in what I deemed to be an urgent matter. As I left for JURY DUTY, my automatic garage opener wouldn't engage on the chain. I called as I pulled into the Court House parking lot and within an hour, someone was at my home, opened the door by hand and rectified the problem, without me being there. A big shout-out and thanks to "Tom", who was excellent. Your company never ceases to amaze me in Customer Service. Well done!

I called because garage door opener would not work. The tech checked only the springs and rollers and then told us how much a new opener would be. After receiving the estimates had another company come in and that tech checked everything and the only thing I needed was a new board. This did not cost $1200 as your tech quoted me. It went on your stated reviews and was very disappointed in the service.

Called Precision about needing service because my door would not open all the way and they sent over a tech that very same day. The tech (Robert) was very diligent, professional and personable in finding out why this was occurring with the final fix being a change out of rollers, which of course was under warranty. Excellent service from Robert and his company. I feel very fortunate that I picked Precision five years ago for my garage door company. Thank you so very much!

I called Precision when my door broke and they sent two gentlemen out the same day. Scott and his helper did a great job, were polite and explained in detail what they could do to fix the door with three options to choose from. The BEST!!! My old opener ground down and fell apart with pieces flying all over. They came right out and put in a whole new system in 90 minutes. Fully stocked truck and very professional. Very reasonably priced too. Will recommend them to everyone.
