I called because garage door opener would not work. The tech checked only the springs and rollers and then told us how much a new opener would be. After receiving the estimates had another company come in and that tech checked everything and the only thing I needed was a new board. This did not cost $1200 as your tech quoted me. It went on your stated reviews and was very disappointed in the service.

Called Precision about needing service because my door would not open all the way and they sent over a tech that very same day. The tech (Robert) was very diligent, professional and personable in finding out why this was occurring with the final fix being a change out of rollers, which of course was under warranty. Excellent service from Robert and his company. I feel very fortunate that I picked Precision five years ago for my garage door company. Thank you so very much!

I called Precision when my door broke and they sent two gentlemen out the same day. Scott and his helper did a great job, were polite and explained in detail what they could do to fix the door with three options to choose from. The BEST!!! My old opener ground down and fell apart with pieces flying all over. They came right out and put in a whole new system in 90 minutes. Fully stocked truck and very professional. Very reasonably priced too. Will recommend them to everyone.

I called to have my garage door repaired. The service tech Jonathan provided a telephone contact to let me know he would be arriving within 15 minutes. Jonathan was respectful and listened to me in an attentive manner. He completed the repair in a short time and to my complete satisfaction. I would use your company for any future repairs needed. You certainly deserve a 5 star rating. The person who answered the phone and helped set up an appointment to repair my garage door was extremely helpful. It really calmed me down as I was scheduled to see my doctor regarding a serious personal issue that morning. When the service person came, he exhibited the same efficiency and helpfulness.

The 24/7 service was extremely important to us. We could not lift the heavy door and one car was inside. We needed it fixed in one day, because we had donated items to be picked up the next day, that were stored in the garage. We called them first thing in the morning and a repairman was here within an hour. He was very courteous and explained what was wrong, the cost, and how long it would take to fix it. We especially liked the lifetime warrantee and certified parts. We also found out they are a nationwide franchise, so we would recommend them in any state.

I love my new garage door and opener. Chris who came to my house 2 days ago and made my appointment the next day, was very helpful, professional and gave me all the information I needed. The next day Matt and Alex showed up and also gave me all the information I needed to maintain my door and use my keypad to my door. I am extremely happy with there work and the look of my door. I am so happy, and I know if any thing were to go wrong, they will be here to fix it for free. I totally recommend Precision Door Service.

I chose this company based on urgency and google reviews; however, I was very impressed. I was very impressed by how prompt my call was answered to the actual service itself. The customer service rep was very polite and prompt. The 2 Technicians were prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Dylan was the main tech who did the explaining and discuss our options. He was great. Overall, I hope I won't be needing service, but if I do, this company will be the first place I call. I would most definitely recommend Precision Door Service to friends and family. Precision Door Service came out and did a complete over hall of our 10 year old garage door system. In this time frame we replaced the spring to the door just a couple years ago and it broke. After speaking with the knowledgeable technician Scott M. that came it, it was discovered that the springs were not heavy enough to support the weight of our garage. Choose to do an overhaul service with lifetime warranty on the parts and labor. Very impressed with the parts used. You can tell right away they are heavy duty Industrial parts built to last. Will reccomend them to every one who needs garage door services or parts. Look forward to working with Scott M. Again when it's time to replace out Garage Door opener machine.
